Meticulously crafted to align with the region's climate, LA Biomoph embraces nature-inspired solutions, delivering a harmonious living experience while addressing environmental challenges.
At the core of LA Biomoph is a profound dedication to energy efficiency. Smartly utilizing natural elements, the architecture optimizes energy consumption with advanced insulation, reflective roofing, and passive cooling strategies like cross-ventilation and natural shading.
Renewable energy integration is key, utilizing solar coatings on cladding and glazing to harness the abundant Californian sunshine and significantly reduce the development's carbon footprint. Water conservation takes center stage with rainwater harvesting systems and low-flow fixtures, responsibly managing the region's scarce water resources.

With a focus on sustainable construction practices, the use of recycled and locally sourced materials minimizes environmental impact.
Committed to sustainability, LA Biomoph emphasizes waste reduction and recycling during construction. Natural ventilation through operable windows complements the design, providing fresh air and mild weather cooling, thereby reducing the need for artificial cooling.
With cool roofing materials that reflect sunlight, LA Biomoph ensures indoor comfort while mitigating the urban heat island effect. The architecture maximizes natural daylight, enhancing energy efficiency and reducing reliance on artificial lighting.
LA Biomoph's adaptive design ensures longevity, accommodating evolving needs and future sustainable technologies.

Home Office in Bronco | Key Feature: A Scottsdale new-build rooted in sculptural modernism, Bronco Revival balances bold black-and-white contrast with organic textures, natural wood elements, and statement lighting. As a groundbreaking “Live Lab” designer residence, it’s a first-of-its-kind space where luxury furnishings are tested in real-world conditions before being introduced into high-profile client homes.
Challenge: Because Bronco Revival was the designer’s personal residence, the project carried a unique level of pressure and intention. The challenge was creating a Scottsdale new-build that felt elevated and editorial while still functioning as a true family home. Every selection had to balance bold sculptural modernism (high contrast, statement lighting, architectural furnishings) with durability, comfort, and day-to-day livability. In addition, the home served as a “Live Lab,” meaning new vendors, materials, and luxury furnishings needed to be tested in real-life conditions before being trusted for future high-profile client projects.
Solution: We approached the project with a highly curated, test-and-refine design strategy, treating each space as both a finished interior and a real-world evaluation environment. Key furnishings, textiles, and materials were selected to support the modern organic vision while also standing up to the demands of everyday family life. We worked through selections intentionally, layering in bold contrast, natural woods, and sculptural statement pieces, while prioritizing performance materials, pet-friendly durability, and timeless foundational elements. By using the home as a lived-in showroom, we were able to validate what truly performs beautifully, refine our vendor relationships, and confidently carry those proven selections into future client designs.

These clients enjoyed a system we installed into their previous home so much, they knew they wanted GHT to help design their dream home. Starting from the blueprint stage, we worked very closely with both the designer and the home owners and handled all the Low Voltage work from ground-breaking to the completion of what became a technological marvel. From Home Theater system to Automation, even a climate controlled wine cellar that proudly displays its inventory, this home has it all. The Crestron automation system integrates the entire house, controlled with both on-wall displays and iPad/iPhone control for remote access. The automation system controls all in-home systems including the HVAC, lighting, an ICRealtime security camera system, and an Elk alarm system. It can even control the house water flow, and can sense leaks and turn off water accordingly. The Crestron Video Matrix System distributes audio and video to the Home theater and 10 TVs throughout the home. The Home Theater itself features a 110 inch Stewart film screen and Bowers and Wilkins CM speakers, driven by Rotel Processor and Amps. The home owners enjoy their theater from custom-made Acoustic Innovation seating.
