What a wonderful experience! From Sig, our showroom designer, to the installers, to the fabulous looking truck which I loved seeing in front of our house, every detail met and exceeded our expectations. We love our new guest room: thanks to everyone at Resource Furniture.

Working with Resource Furniture was a pleasure. The project turned out beautifully, and we really enjoyed collaborating with Tom and the whole team. We look forward to the opportunity to work together again.

We would give zero stars if allowed. The worst customer service we have ever experienced! After receiving damaged items due to extraneous circumstances (the truck had to unload because it slid off an icy road), Resource Furniture has refused to let us return damaged items even after we offered to pay for return shipping. Meanwhile, on two other units we have already installed that also had damaged parts, we have been waiting for 9+ months for replacements. So, we have an un-assembled broken unit in the garage that they won’t take back, and two other units sitting without parts for almost a year, no thanks to countless emails in which we were told time and again they would be ‘a couple more weeks out’ (if we had any response at all). To top it off, our final point of contact was not a negligent salesperson, but one of the co-founders of the company! These people do not care about you or the quality of their products. I urge you to take your business elsewhere — Resource will take your money and hang you out to dry.

The staff at Resource Furniture are excellent! Each of them is very knowledgeable about the products and committed to providing a great service experience.

Working with Resource Furniture has been a great experience overall from the first showroom visit to the design process, to ordering all the way to installation. Our rep, Emily, really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and did numerous color and configuration renderings for us to be able to show our client different options. A site visit with the Resource Team to our client's apartment to review site conditions was very helpful and once the order was placed, everything arrived in the time frame which was promised. Resource explained the install process thoroughly and the installers were very professional and experienced with the product. Our clients loved their bunk beds and shelving units and were very impressed with the quality and mechanisms, as were we. Everyone I encountered on the Resource staff was friendly and very helpful. Resource Furniture are wonderful people to work with. I was hired to photograph an apartment in Manhattan for them and was immediately surprised how much furniture could fit into one Manhattan bedroom, not just fit, but they were able to create a feeling of space with style, which is so important in Manhattan living They were very creative in their ideas and were able to communicate their artistic visions to me so I was able to capture the view they wanted, portraying their line of product as modern, colorful and very chic. Judging from the amount of people adding these photos to their idea books I would say we are all in agreement!

I knew from the minute I walked into their Manhattan showroom that: 1. I'd be adding them to my favorite vendor list. 2. Challie, my rep there, would not disappoint. And she hasn't. From the high quality furniture and modular systems to the amazing 'concrete' wall paper that was just installed in a project of mine on the westside, I have been nothing but thrilled with my experiences at Resource Furniture. It is a gem of a collection and this is where you'll find those items that you wish you had designed yourself. Those moments of "if only I could find a coffee table that pops up and turns into a dining table" are met here with the real thing. And creative design does not trump quality of goods as is usually the case. The stuff acts and feels the way it should. My clients own the bunk beds as well as a full size bed, all of which are hidden in what looks like custom wall units in the guest room. The ease in which these beds are accessed is unmatched. Good design is paired seamlessly by good quality here. And finally, when you are in and out of showrooms throughout the day and suddenly met with a warm and enthusiastic sales rep such as Challie, it just makes the whole experience worthwhile. It may have been a specific need that initially sent me in to Resource Furniture, but its Challie who keeps me coming back.

Ron and his team are very knowledgable, helpful, respectful and understanding of your project needs. They have a great range of high quality products and the customer service is fantastic!

Resource Furniture is a great company. The products, quality and service are the best. They carry the best wall beds of the market !!! And the installations are white glove!
