Designed by Nina Kramer ASLA, and built by Groundworks, this Contemporary building's front space was completely redesigned to provide an ethereal viewing garden visible from inside and out. The native grasses, perennials and ground-covers provide a changing seasonal palette of greens and gold through out the year. The scale is designed to balance the height of the building with a mixed planting that moves and catches the eye of both residents and passerby.
