After researching several builders in Santa Fe and then interviewing the ones of interest, we decided on Will Prull as he seemed to instantly connect to what we wanted and how to achieve it. He was also highly recommended by our architect. Our Project Manager was excellent and helped us make decisions that creep up between the plans and the actual building. Our house won the AIA award in 2016 for Santa Fe. When choosing your builder, the most important thing is that your Project Manager understands your direction and has your best interests at heart. Solid Wood entry doors are known for their elegance and high quality appearance and function. However, they are at a higher risk to of being negatively impacted if exposed to harsh weather and direct sunlight. We have sourced a solution to still provide the solid wood feel and look, but without the risk of wear and tear. Our Modern Euro-Technology construction utilizes a sandwich technology that can withstand the elements, while maintaining its structure and beauty. We have also gone a step further to protect against the elements, by incorporating aluminum shield technology.

Architectural roof shingles transformed the look of this home in Mattapoisett, MA! The dated 3-tab shingles were streaking and didn’t add much dimension to the house, so the homeowners wanted a change! GAF Timberline HD shingles in Oyster Gray were chosen to roof the entire home and shed. The GAF Timerberline HD shingles offer a lifetime ltd. warranty at a reasonable price. The genuine wood-shake look and color blends add plenty of dimension and architectural style. These durable GAF roofing products are specially manufactured to protect New England homes from harsh weather. As a GAF MasterElite™ Contractor we provide a 50 year, non-prorated, transferable warranty to our customers, which includes labor, materials and disposal fees.
Architectural roof shingle tabs consist of different shapes and sizes, which make them look more like wood shakes than 3-tab shingles that only have one shingle tab size and shape. Architectural roof shingles are also thicker & weigh more than 3-tab shingles which means better protection and a better warranty for your home. 3-tab shingles have a shorter life and generally need replacement sooner than architectural roof shingles, which is why you will find that architectural shingles are slightly more expensive.

High-Grade Vinyl Siding in Metro St. Louis
One of the easiest mistakes you can make as a homeowner is to neglect your siding. Aging siding will allow water and other harsh weather elements to seep in and damage the frame of your property. This damp, dark environment is an ideal breeding ground for harmful mold as well. Vinyl siding is a cost-effective solution that will raise the value of your home while decreasing your energy bill. It is durable, attractive and versatile without being prohibitively expensive, and makes a good investment for any Missouri home.
