This home is on Pelicans Road which is possibly the most exclusive cul-de-sac of Pelican Crest. The project started in 2006 and was completed by 2008, stone was supplied by one of our middleman local broker at the time. All antique limestone floors were the 'Arcane' Limestone blend which is a Mediterranean Reclaimed Limestone collection that is a few centuries old. Inspiration for a transitional kitchen remodel in Toronto

Kirk Bianchi created this resort like setting for a couple from Mexico City. They were looking for a contemporary twist on traditional themes, and Luis Barragán was the inspiration. The outer walls were painted a darker color to recede, while floating panels of color and varying heights provided sculptural interest and opportunities for lighting and shadow.

This is an example of an asian shade backyard landscaping in Charlotte.

This project represents the evolution of a 10 acre space over more than three decades. It began with the pool and space around it. As the vegetable garden grew, the orchard was established and the display gardens blossomed. The prairie was restored and a kitchen was added to complete the space.
