This 2024 Colonial-inspired residence showcases a refined and stately exterior featuring 18" NuCedar RoughSawn Shingles. Cloaked in the timeless, muted taupe of Intellectual Gray, the textured shingles provide a soft, organic contrast to the home’s formal, symmetrical architecture.

Latitude was contracted to help renovate this Quintessential New England Colonial estate. Latitude expanded this full gut renovation/addition to meet the needs of a family of five. From the fully developed basement to the third floor guest rooms; not a room was left untouched. Numerous floor plan changes were made to improve flow and create a more open plan.

The exterior is wrapped in 18" NuCedar RoughSawn Shingles finished in the earthy, neutral tone of Quiver Tan. The rich texture of the shingles is beautifully contrasted by crisp white trim and striking black window frames, which add a subtle modern edge to the classic design.
