After a flood forced a complete basement renovation, the homeowner wanted an easy-to-maintain floor without spending a lot of money. Armstrong's FlexStep Value Covingtion Oak in Dovetail was the perfect choice for her. Complementing the Purple and Gold color scheme, the warm gray of the vinyl is the perfect neutral for this space. Our most recent modern farmhouse in the west Willamette Valley is what dream homes are made of. Named “Starry Night Ranch” by the homeowners, this 3 level, 4 bedroom custom home boasts of over 9,000 square feet of combined living, garage and outdoor spaces. Well versed in the custom home building process, the homeowners spent many hours partnering with both Shan Stassens of Winsome Construction and Buck Bailey Design to add in countless unique features, including a cross hatched cable rail system, a second story window that perfectly frames a view of Mt. Hood and an entryway cut-out to keep a specialty piece of furniture tucked out of the way. From whitewashed shiplap wall coverings to reclaimed wood sliding barn doors to mosaic tile and honed granite, this farmhouse-inspired space achieves a timeless appeal with both classic comfort and modern flair.

This Austin 'man cave' required a unique installation where the door did not intrude into the living area. The door follows the roof line to create maximum space, air and light into the room, allowing the owner to entertain friends and family with ease. For this unique installation, we used a LIftMaster operator mount to secure the track to the ceiling. This bracket was customized to match the hardware of the overhead full-view garage door, as well as the homeowner's chandelier. Patio - large modern patio idea in Sacramento

I've been slowly but surely training this edible fig for nearly 20 years into the glorious espalier it has become. It's on the west facing exterior of my house in the sunny Mission District of SF. The stucco holds the heat and allows the fruit to get SWEET and juicy. Since i'ts on the sidewalk, it's quite the show stopper and conversation starter. In fact when I prune I schedule double the time I really need because the neighbors and passerby need to talk! I get endless compliments but also many stories from people about their grandmas or great uncles fig and associated memories.
