Formal living room from a complete luxury home remodel in Newport Coast, framed through cased display niches at the entry. Coastline Builders Group built the full-height quartzite slab fireplace surround — a single run of dramatic veined stone floor to ceiling — around a new fireplace with a fire ball burner set, and reworked the geometric coffered ceiling into its stepped diamond pattern with recessed lighting. New engineered hardwood flooring runs throughout, with the wood-clad sliding doors refinished inside and out opening to the pool terrace beyond. Millwork, wall finishes, and electrical were all new in the remodel.
