These spaces were layered with striking silhouettes, textural patterns, and inviting colors. Dimensional light fixtures paired with a open furniture layout, helped each room feel cohesive and thoughtful.

There is nothing as luxurious as adding a bespoke element to a design such as this fabulous, locally sourced makers-made dining table by MTH Woodworks. Paired with benches and host chairs the design let's the crafted table as well as the greenery beyond become one with the space. Avoiding "sets" of furniture always makes for a far more interesting and thought-provoking design.

These clients' small yard had severe drainage issues, making it difficult for their large family to spend time outdoors. After discussing it with Alderwood architects, the family decided synthetic lawn was the best, low maintenance grass-alternative option. The outdoor structure is large enough for year-round entertainment but small enough to provide sky-high access for the rest of the yard.
