Pure white Caesarstone countertops, Blanco kitchen faucet and sink, Bertazzoni range, Bosch dishwasher, architectural lighting trough with LED lights, and Emtech brushed chrome door hardware complete the high-end look.

This Pantry has plenty of built-in shelves to store food and appliances alike. The shelves are supported by pipes, which carry the industrial look in from the Kitchen and Dining Room. The neutral palette of white and medium-toned wood remains cohesive with the Kitchen.

The Craftsman shiplap continues into the Living Room/Great room, providing a relaxed, yet finished look on the walls. The built-in's provide space for storage, display and additional seating, helping to make this space functional and flexible.

We used a combination of old reclaimed wood to cover the posts and as the back side to the islands and stove vent.

Continuing the concrete-look porcelain tile throughout the home gives it a nice, clean consistency and appeal. Carrying the tile from floor to walls while accenting the tub/ shower wall with simple, yet interesting mosaic makes the space playful yet sophisticated. The walnut vanity gives a pop of warmth to the space and creates balance. Having good tile installers is a MUST especially when renovating a older home where none of the walls are straight and wanting a clean modern look. Chris Haver Photography

In the bathroom we created a large wet / steam room with a Japanese soaker tub in the center. We created some interest in the shower by using niches. The showers are bamboo with body sprays.
