The design of the living room continues the non-orthogonal concept of the external architecture. The facets enhance the modernity and underline the light beams entering the room from the south west side. The stone color reacts and contrasts in relation to the angle and orientation to the main natural light source in ar array of hues of greys, greens and blues. The continuation of the stone pattern from the outside to the inside emphasizes the flow of the light. Stones and Roses International (SRI) started this challenging piece of work from a general elevation.
The first step consisted in building a 3d model in particle board. Then SRI followed through with the 3d Auto-CAD drawing of the stone wall. Folding the stone along the facets, involved the drawing of more than 40 sections which were later assembled at precise angles. The last step consisted of calculating the size and angle of each slab for production. SRI also designed and manufactured the steel structure which was erected parallel and recessed from the stone wall in order to receive the dry fixing anchors for the installation of the stone slabs.

This project involved the fabrication and installation of multiple exterior doors and custom architectural surrounds at a historic Trustees of Reservations property. The scope included a custom Dutch door, a matched pair of three-panel entry doors, and a wide double-door set installed beneath a custom full-arch surround — a feature that required curved casing and beaded millwork fabricated entirely in-house.
Each door was designed to match the character and era of the original structures: proportions, panel profiles, glazing patterns, and hardware were all selected against historical documentation and reviewed with the Trustees’ property management team. The full-arch surround in particular required the fabrication of a continuous curved head casing.

This stunning fully Vineuve designed and renovated kitchen showcases a complete transformation with a subtle grey cabinetry with clean lines, concrete countertops, a prominent central island featuring a maple butcher block waterfall countertop, and an elegant marble herringbone backsplash that adds sophisticated texture to the space. The renovation involved strategically filling in a doorway to create a continuous wall, which now features a seamlessly integrated hidden cabinet door fridge that blends perfectly with the surrounding cabinetry for a clean, uninterrupted look.

This is a Walnut and Painted exterior TV DISPLAY w/a Walnut interior. The initial concept was to visually keep it simple with the floating cabinets and solid back panels. The actual details and execution in fabricating this piece was quite involved. The cabinet doors & drawers are beveled with the top and bottom of the continual outer shell creating a crisp color transition. The perimeter of the book-matched TV panel has a series of frames utilizing the direction of the grain to reinforce the concave shapes while using a painted boarder to define them. The outer most frame allows us to scribe the unit to the ceiling and create a spacial effect on the sides further enhanced with the RGB LED lighting behind washing color over the extreme end panels. The floating shelves off to one side add the asymmetry needed to allow a reserved amount of display and dynamics.

Mystery, elegance: this could be a possible description for the Seta Liquorice collection which combines the tactile experience of silk with ceramic technology. Inspired by the softness of fabric and the light reflected in its folds, Laminam slab in Liquorice tone conveys aesthetic and visual continuity when used for flooring and claddings that involve the use of intense and unconventional shades.

The interior of this home blurs the line between modern and traditional, forging a relaxed living environment. The arched, copper porch, which features Eldorado Stone’s modern LedgeCut33, creates an inviting presentation with its continuous linear pattern displayed throughout this residence. Additionally, Eldorado Stone’s Sage LegdeCut33 adds a modern element with its lines while its cool color palette blends into the surrounding elements, which allows the home to reveal itself progressively.

Creating a clean, almost contemporary family room, without disturbing the integrity of the architecture was a challenge for this project. The designers were involved in architectural development, material and finish selections, lighting design, space planning, and custom furniture and drapery design. The dry-stacked ledge stone fireplace creates a monumental architectural statement, as well as the inspirational character for this room. An imbedded fir beam acts as the mantel and blends perfectly with both the soft gray washed beams on the cathedral ceiling and the random planked walnut flooring. Continuing the fresh look to the furnishings, a quiet rug outlines the casual entertaining and seating area. Wood framed fireplace chairs create a cozy setting, while modern leather chairs flanking the sofa are centered to the whitewashed cocktail table. A wooden television lift with textured faux metal doors adds interest and function to this transitional room without taking away from the views.

Built in 1925, this 15-story neo-Renaissance cooperative building is located on Fifth Avenue at East 93rd Street in Carnegie Hill. The corner penthouse unit has terraces on four sides, with views directly over Central Park and the city skyline beyond.
The project involved a gut renovation inside and out, down to the building structure, to transform the existing one bedroom/two bathroom layout into a two bedroom/three bathroom configuration which was facilitated by relocating the kitchen into the center of the apartment.
The new floor plan employs layers to organize space from living and lounge areas on the West side, through cooking and dining space in the heart of the layout, to sleeping quarters on the East side. A glazed entry foyer and steel clad “pod”, act as a threshold between the first two layers.
All exterior glazing, windows and doors were replaced with modern units to maximize light and thermal performance. This included erecting three new glass conservatories to create additional conditioned interior space for the Living Room, Dining Room and Master Bedroom respectively.
Materials for the living areas include bronzed steel, dark walnut cabinetry and travertine marble contrasted with whitewashed Oak floor boards, honed concrete tile, white painted walls and floating ceilings. The kitchen and bathrooms are formed from white satin lacquer cabinetry, marble, back-painted glass and Venetian plaster. Exterior terraces are unified with the conservatories by large format concrete paving and a continuous steel handrail at the parapet wall.

This project involved a complete, top-to-bottom renovation of a classic home originally built in 1920. We took this century-old structure and transformed it into a modern, energy-efficient, and beautifully finished home.
The house was stripped to its bones, allowing us to address the core structure. A critical part of the project was adding comprehensive insulation to the entire building, which previously had none. We installed a full set of new, high-performance windows and doors to further enhance the home's efficiency. A major upgrade included the integration of a high-tech ducted heating and cooling system, bringing state-of-the-art climate control to the entire house.
The exterior was given a complete facelift with brand-new siding, all new exterior trim, and a professional paint job, restoring its timeless curb appeal. The attention to detail continued inside with new trim throughout and a full interior repainting, resulting in a fresh, clean, and move-in-ready space that honors the home's historic character while providing all the comforts of modern living.

This project involved converting two existing living room areas on different levels of a home in Mill Creek into functional living spaces, including a new bedroom and a home office.
The scope of work included space reconfiguration, framing modifications, and adjustments to the stair handrail system to allow for full wall construction on the lower level. New wall framing was extended where required, and sound insulation was installed within the walls to improve privacy between spaces.
Flooring transitions were carefully addressed to match existing finishes and maintain continuity across newly divided areas. Additional work included drywall installation and patching, interior painting, installation of new doors, and replacement of baseboards throughout the modified spaces.
This project was completed with full permits and successfully passed all required inspections.
