This ski-in, ski-out condo features a strong Arts and Crafts influence. The interiors feature reclaimed oak floors, mortise-and-tenon carpentry, stone, and custom period details.

This beautiful residence uses low-maintenance materials, high-efficiency windows, doors, appliances, and heating systems as well as extensive insulation and efficiency of space to lend sustainability and low energy use. Natural light limits the need to light the interior during the day and responds to the Pacific Northwest gray skies and long rainy winters.
