Premonition by Jon Allen - JAC 195 The Jon Allen Collection is an exclusive, hand-selected group of my most personal work to date. Each piece is hand-painted on aluminum. My art itself and my chosen medium, aluminum, are blissfully married. You may not think of the word organic when you hear the word metal, but this is some of my most organic art and that’s simply because metal allows my work to achieve true sentience. Aluminum’s naturally reflective nature enables each color, shape, and stroke to reach its full potential. A new aspect of the painting will reveal itself to you as it basks in the light that surrounds, evades, or envelops it in that moment. When you see the piece from different angles, you will appreciate how vibrant, dynamic, and environmentally influenced these pieces are. What you may see and feel by morning is not what you’ll see or feel by dusk and in many ways, and as such I feel these pieces capture the ever-ebbing and complex nature of human emotion and perception. Some of these pieces are truly abstract while others are modern takes on traditional landscapes, marine life, and portraits. I hope you enjoy them a fraction of how much I enjoyed creating them. DHD Crosby Street Loft in SOHO, NYC The Crosby Street Loft building is located on a cobblestone block in the Soho Cast Iron Historic District. Built in 1882, it was formerly a department store, and converted in 2001 to a 10-unit loft condominium. Our renovation of a second floor loft retains and celebrates many of the original details, including generous, open spaces, 14 foot plus ceiling heights, Corinthian-style columns, and a continuous 120 foot exposed brick wall with integrated archways. The design was a collaborative process, integrating elements discovered on the client’s world travels. Design features include a 12 foot tall glass lounge, two fireplaces, Control4 smart home system, a stone, cold-rolled steel and custom walnut cabinet kitchen and living room, and a luxurious master suite reminiscent of a 5-star hotel. http://www.dhd.nyc Architect: David Howell, R.A. Kitchen - eclectic kitchen idea in Portland Maine

In this master bath we installed Waypoint Livingspaces 410F Maple Linen cabinets. On the countertop is Zodiaq London Sky 2cm quartz with 4” backsplash. In the shower Calacatta Grey Porcelain Tile was installed the shower walls with random broken stone tile for the shower floor in Sterling 13XL. . A Shangra La Pulse unit was installed in the shower with a custom 3/8” clear glass shower door with brushed nickle accents. The bathroom floor is Mohawk vinyl plank Trigado in Greige. 4 wall scones by Kendal Lighting in Satin Nickle beside 2 Murray Feiss Parker Place mirrors. A freestanding Barclay Tanya 71” Freestanding Bath Tub with a tub filler faucet by Barcley in brushed nickle Dolan series. Above the tub is Fanimation bath fan/light Beckwith model in brushed nickle.
