We created a light fixture (based on Lindsay Adelman's You Make It) and had it plated copper to coordinate with the lovely copper chairs. Both metal pieces were not sealed and allow the natural patina and fingerprints to add interesting texture and warmth. This kid friendly breakfast nook. Done in Navy and Grey. Navy vinyl cushion with throw pillows in outdoor fabrics to coordinate. The chandelier was repainted in white to give her new home a fresher look. Roman shade create a fun pattern to pull it all together. Artwork was purchased from Etsy a personalized chalkboard calendar to help keep this busy Mom organized

This drop dead gorgeous kitchen encompasses custom white cabinetry with quartz and marble countertops. The curved banquette is a special touch to the sitting breakfast nook and the yellow chandelier brings it all together. It is the perfect place for a family dinner.

This is where the previous buyer had a mosque type drywall over this area hiding this wonderful nook! We decided that with three boys a banquette would be a great place to eat, study, and hang out. We had to get the table and bench custom made because of the size limitation and we used faux leather for easy cleaning. The family loves this space!!

Creating spaces that make connections between the indoors and out, while making the most of the panoramic lake views and lush landscape that surround were two key goals of this seasonal home’s design. Central entrance into the residence brings you to an open dining and lounge space, with natural light flooding in through rooftop skylights. Soaring ceilings and subdued color palettes give the adjacent kitchen and living room an airy and expansive feeling, while the large, sliding glass doors and picture windows bring the warmth of the outdoors in. The family room, located in one of the two zinc-clad connector spaces, offers a more intimate lounge area and leads into the master suite wing, complete with vaulted ceilings and sleek lines. Three additional guest suites can be found in the opposite wing of the home, providing ideally separate living spaces for a multi-generational family.
