Although oil finished floors require more involvement in periodic maintenance in high traffic areas, this maintenance can be done much easier than the equivalent of an onsite sand and refinish. This was really fun and unique project. This client was building a home up in the mountains. He came to us with an idea even before the home was constructed. He knew he wanted something different but also something that would really bring out his home and make the entry way "pop." Together we were able to come up with this idea because of another railing I had done the year before. The beams are made of reclaimed wood. The pickets are copper bar and the hand rail is reclaimed heavy equipment cable. It really came together really nice.

You can create unique Adirondack walls by mixing and matching Adirondack siding. This one was created with band-sawn siding on the bottom and rough-sawn siding on the top.

The table uses a live-edge slab of California Redwood. Inlayed in the opening at one of the crotches from the wood is a piece of granite. The edge of the table is fired black and coated with a clear food-safe coating. The steel frame of the table is designed and coated to resemble the graceful arches of the Golden Gate Bridge. The table is shown is approx 12' long, 3' wide, and 40" tall. Variations in table length and frame color can be discussed. The table is made to be delivered in two (2) pieces or one (1) depending on the access into the intended space.
