This home office boasts a stately desk that floats in the room. In keeping the space feeling open we selected a slipper chair in a cotton fabric of soft blue and espresso stained legs to compliment the desk. A small polished aluminum side table adds charm and character. Natural light floods the room which provided a great location for the live schefflera arboricola tree anchored in an antique silver container. A tranquil sanctuary for gazing upon the brilliant light of Las Vegas. The expansive living room provides enough space for two seating areas. An elegant fireplace centers the second seating area with warmth, while the custom surround with large corbels and detailed mantel make a great showcase for accessories acquired from worldly travels. The ceiling height was adorned with over sized crown moldings which where stacked to create a luxurious style. Moldings around each window and center of the window elevations add to the luxury space. Our clients Master Bedroom started with furnishings that where too large for the room and quite daunting. The dresser was being used in the dining room, so it was relocated to the bedroom and new pieces added to create an aesthetically appealing and comfortable presentation. The masculine deep stain on the dresser and new headboard where balanced with gold painted finishes on the side table, a beige linen duvet and light beige carpet. Hunter Douglas motorized Designer Roller Shades hide nicely behind the custom cornice box and drapery side panels. We wanted to make sure the entire window space would be exposed as this Master Bedroom has a spectacular view of the La Madre mountain range in West Summerlin. Curio cabinets seen here where existing pieces the client was not willing to part with, so our cabinetry team created a center unit to compliment the curio cabinetry design. The new cabinet face was made with book match walnut veneers to match the original pieces, then stained to match. The entire wall of cabinetry is seamless and quite impressive.
