A kitchen and bath remodel we worked on for this clients’ newly purchased home. The previously dated interior now showcases a refreshing, bright, and spacious design! The clients wanted to stick with traditional fixtures, but bring in doses of fun with color. The kitchen walls were removed to open the space to the living and dining rooms. We added colorful cabinetry and interesting tile to reflect the fun personality of this young family. Here they installed White 72W LED Strip Light just behind the lip of the cabinets. The color and lighting came out great, and the connecting wires were even carefully hidden out of sight in the cabinets. To connect the lights together, they used our variety of Snap & Lite Connectors for a quick installation without the need to solder which was especially helpful with the gap over the sink and oven.

Ed Bond. Solid Apollo LED. In this kitchen renovation, the owners wanted to bring more lighting to highlight the carefully chosen back splash and granite counter top. Here LED Strip Light in Warm White was used to bring bright beautiful light under each cabinet area throughout the kitchen. There were several jumps where the shelves were at different heights and to connect each section, the owners used matching Snap&Lite Interconnector cables for quick connections that did not require any soldering.

Top floor is comprised of vastly open multipurpose space and a guest bathroom incorporating a steam shower and inside/outside shower. This multipurpose room can serve as a tv watching area, game room, entertaining space with hidden bar, and cleverly built in murphy bed that can be opened up for sleep overs. Recessed TV built-in offers extensive storage hidden in three-dimensional cabinet design. Recessed black out roller shades and ripplefold sheer drapes open or close with a touch of a button, offering blacked out space for evenings or filtered Florida sun during the day. Being a 3rd floor this room offers incredible views of Fort Lauderdale just over the tops of palms lining up the streets.
