Modern industrial minimal kitchen that is hidden behind folding stainless steel cupboards. Kitchen island with composite stone surface and downdraft extractor. LED multi-light pendant. TV set into the chalboard wall. White ceiling and concrete floor. The kitchen has an activated carbon water filtration system and LPG gas stove, ceiling fan and cross ventilation to minimize the use of A/C. Bi-fold doors to separate the bedroom/living area.

Deck Waterproofing by Liquid Membrane. In this project, Liquid Membrane was preferred for concrete decking, entry of the house, walkways, driveway, and inside the garage due to heavy traffic.

The bark of the cork tree is peeled without destroying the tree and it grows back within nine years, ready to be harvested again. Warm to the touch and resilient, cork floors are a joy to live with. Cork is considered a green product because the same tree can be harvested numerous times.

Many times, homeowners want the look of their new pool area to reflect the architecture of their home. This classic home called for classic design, using elaborate stone work that reflected stones found on the chimney. Amazing attention to detail went into creating the pool deck, the steps leading down to the pool from outside and the stone fireplace.
