The kitchen spills out onto the deck and the sliding glass door that was added in the master suite opens up into an exposed structure screen porch. Over all the exterior space extends the traffic flow of the interior and makes the home feel larger without adding actual square footage.

This pool literally spills out of the rear covered two story veranda and into a spa that ahas an infinity edge into the main pool. The main pool then spills out in an infinity edge to a large sitting area with arbor and outdoor fireplace.

In the before photo of this outdated, midcentury moden kitchen, you can see the owners were literally spilling over! This kitchen lacked storage and style and an out-of-place window between the kitchen and hall did the room no favors. By eliminating the window and rotating the island along the new perimeter wall, we created a much more open space and added desperately needed storage along both wall.

Josh Dover - Designer and Photographer of another amazing backyard that literally has it all when it comes to luxury and custom features. This pool project has an upper and lower pool (literally 2 pools), an infinity edge, concrete slide, natural boulder water feature, and a lowered area seating section which is rather unique. It also has a complete outdoor kitchen and complimented with an upgraded silver travertine pavers and wonderful landscape to top it off. Why go on vacation when you can walk right into your back yard.

Alcove shower - small contemporary 3/4 gray tile, white tile and matchstick tile porcelain tile and beige floor alcove shower idea in New York with a one-piece toilet

"We looked for a long time to find the best tiles for our basement and found them at greatmats. Our house is from the early 1900’s and the undulating basement slab doesn’t have a vapor barrier below it, so we needed a tile that was flexible and water resistant. This tile was perfect and installed in minutes. We would recommend this product to everyone." - Michael
