The existing butler’s pantry cabinets were sanded, painted and reused as a nod to the history of the home. The new wood flooring houses the heated flooring elements which allowed us to take out the radiator in the room allowing for unencumbered cabinets throughout. Another luxurious & convenient addition is the newly installed wine refrigerator. We completely redesigned the entire basement layout to open it up and make ample room for the spare bedroom, bathroom, pool table, bar, and full-size kitchenette.
