For the art, I chose that was graphic and bold. There's a youthful feeling with original art and the arrangement creates a focal point for the room while balancing the large screen TV. Lucite, soft edges and texture dominate while the layout is well thought out for the creature comforts of everyday living. Even though space was limited, I was still able to include comfortable seating for pre-theatre or dinner gatherings. Count them…the sofa holds 3, 2 Ottomans, the 3 lucite bright yellow bar stools, the lounge chair, 2 side chairs, the upholstered chair by the waterfall desk and if you add the 4 chairs for the dining area, you're at 16, and this doesn’t count the custom coffee table with upholstered seating!

We were looking for a pop of color that really brought some life into the loft-space in our client's home. The bold and deep teal of the rug carries the room and grounds it perfectly. It pulls out the color from the beautiful floral fabric we chose and ties in with the soft aqua we chose for the pillow on the chaise.

Our client tasked us with creating a versatile workspace for their family, including a daughter in college. Space was at a premium in their downtown loft, so we needed to create an efficient space that could be changed in the future to fulfill other needs. Our solution was a custom metal desk on casters, topped with concrete quartz. The office has little natural light, so white lacquered cabinets and metallic wallpaper were used to add life to the space.
