This new front porch implemented through major excavation and clearing dirt from two sides of the house. Roofed in with dark bronze metal, columns wrapped in a tapered shape over stone pillars make this porch stand out in this street. The ceiling cedar panels stained with a complimentary tone with new paint on all Brick fascia. Recess lights, Lantern lights and four ceiling panels are all making this home stand tall. The wide lead walk cover with Sunset Buff chiseled flagstone complimenting the pillar stone and Trex decking on the porch floors, The side yard was cleared to have a large flagstone built with wrapped around seating stone walls, the existing deck posts were wrapped in with PVC, giving a clean appearance of old deck. A river stoned bed was built on the backyard running into a fish pond bringing a bit of nature into this heavenly backyard. Kitchen remodel which included carefully transporting over-sized granite carefully and handcrafting it for the new counter tops. Because the island is a major focal point of the kitchen, selecting the right type of stone and style is imperative. This project in Sweden involved a major investment, and the center’s designers specifically selected Agglotech’s Venetian terrazzo for all the flooring of the food court on the second floor.The preference for marble-cement agglomerate was based on multiple factors, including: its wear resistance and ease of maintenance over time, as well as the color consistency this material ensures even over vast surface areas.The color chosen for this project was SB140 Cà d’oro, from Agglotechs Classico line.

Many people don't think about this dimension when purchasing a sofa online, especially if they're doing so for the first time. If you're road-testing the sofa in-store, you'll know if it's too low for you right away, but an online purchase is something else.

The importance of this factor increases as we age or if we have mobility problems. The seat you're sitting in should allow you to stand up comfortably, without feeling like you need assistance.

Leather sofas are easier to clean than fabric ones when kids or pets are present. Leather has the disadvantage of retaining heat in the winter and being cold in the summer. Cushions work well with leather sofas, but velvet ones work better with leather sofas. Leather will show up claw marks more easily on some pets (like my cats).
It is true that fabric sofas are softer and cozier, but they can also be more difficult to clean. Having a slipcover sofa is a godsend if you have pets or toddlers, but they're not too easy to maintain.
You should consider how much patience you have to keep the sofa clean and who uses it. That will make it easier to decide what material to use. I work with a sofa supplier who has bomb-proof fabric that is so easy to clean that you can literally serve dinner right onto the cushions without making an utter mess.

The Setup For this primary bath, our clients—empty nesters who recently updated their entire first floor—wanted a fresh, sophisticated look that would harmonize with the rest of their home’s new design. The original space included a large corner tub and a layout that, while functional, felt outdated and oversized for their needs. The goal was to update the bathroom with a layout that suited them perfectly without moving walls or major fixtures. This was a major kitchen remodel we worked on, that we provided the cabinetry for. They wanted a fresh airy look as well a working kitchen to accommodate a family of 6. We incorporated all white stacked cabinets with glass in the top, as well as 2 pantries with roll-outs flanking the large refrigerator. We also provided enough seating for everyone in the family by creating an over hang on 2 sides of the island supported my 3 posts. Other efficient storage accessories include a hidden spice pullout, lazy susan and hidden trash pull-out. We also provided cabinetry for the Organization Center and Bar Area in the same room. For the Organization Center we incorporated a lift up appliance garage to hide any paperwork or electronic charging, and also a chalk board for lists or notes. In the Bar Area we incorporated a wine rack and a shallow pantry to the left for extra storage.
