CellarMaker was engaged to renovate an existing wine cellar that was built incorrectly originally. We removed all the existing materials and started from the wood studs and installed the correct vapor barrier system. The client's design intention was a traditional paneled mahogany wine cellar. This temperature controlled cellar houses over 1,000 bottles of wine in various formats.

This home was built in 1900 and with time, was showing its age. United Makers wanted to give this house the restoration it needed to enhance its beauty and make it more functional for the owner year round. Maintaining historical charm was a priority when completing the renovation. Salvaged architectural elements from local demolitions were used in order to keep the period appropriate charm while at the same time incorporating high end fixtures and finishes.

The Monarch & Maker team crafted this custom residence nestled on 1.75 acres adjacent to the 18th hole of the prestigious Woodforest Golf Club. The home boasts high ceilings, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and high-end finishes throughout. We take pride in meticulously tailoring each aspect of the home to suit our client's unique lifestyles and preferences, ensuring a truly personalized space.
