You’ve heard the saying “all good things come in small packages” and that couldn’t be more accurate with our Frank Street Bathroom Design Project. Since this is a small space, we wanted to select a monochromatic colour palette with little contrast and minimal finish selections. We carried the floor tile up on the back wall of the custom walk-in shower. Installing this gorgeous handcrafted blue subway tile at opposite ends of the custom shower provides rich textures and colour to this bathroom design. The custom vanity is fabricated of a natural stained birch wood finish. The stainless finish of the Ara Bath Collection creates a streamlined look of contemporary elegance with its defined geometric angles and edges. The subtle contrast of the black finish in the framed mirror and wall sconces is just enough to add a little drama and adds the perfect finishing touch to this bathroom design

Going above and beyond, the project also incorporated cutting-edge technology, including a smart toilet and bidet. Every inch of space in the home reflects the client's exact desires and taste. This comprehensive endeavor focused on transforming the residence, encompassing a full-scale renovation of the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Victoria wanted to update her master bathroom with a contemporary design that was both luxurious and practical. She asked for our team's expertise and trusted us to bring her vision to life. The journey toward her dream bathroom started with our planning & design phase. She worked closely with our in-house designer, selecting the perfect materials and finishes, every choice tailored to her unique tastes and needs. The vanity section has been highlighted with the installation of Waypoint 410F cabinets in a Navy finish, complemented by Pilar Quartz Countertops. The framed mirrors and sconce lights add to the overall aesthetic appeal. The vanity area is enhanced with an elegant and sophisticated touch by the addition of Key Grande cabinet handles and Delta Trinsic Widespread Bathroom Faucets with Metal Drain Assembly. The Rebecca 65" Free Standing Acrylic Soaking Tub boasts an exquisite design with a central drain that is truly a sight to behold—paired with the Delta Trinsic Wall Mounted Tub Filler Matte Black, making it an accurate and stylish selection. The old shower has been upgraded to a customized version featuring Cala Lenci Polished 12x24" Porcelain tiles on the shower walls, Themar Statuario Hex Mesh on the shower floor, and a new frameless glass enclosure. A new wall niche was added with a shelf in the middle for bath products. A corner shower tile bench was also designed to serve as a footrest. These additions not only fulfill practical needs but also improve the overall look of the space.

This 2022 project was a fully custom mix and writing suite designed for multi-Grammy and Dove Award–winning producer and songwriter Kyle Lee. The goal was to create an environment that mirrors his creative workflow—quiet, natural, highly accurate, and intentionally crafted for long sessions of collaboration and focused work. The layout is compact but feels open thanks to high ceilings, soft daylight from the surrounding windows, and a palette of warm textures and natural materials. The room maintains a clean, grounded aesthetic without sacrificing technical performance, balancing style and acoustical precision in a way that supports both creativity and accuracy. Acoustic isolation was a core priority. The suite is fully separated from the rest of the home using sound-reducing wall assemblies, custom bass management including a full soft-ceiling trap and a false rear wall trap, and full-lite doors designed for controlled leakage. The result is a private, self-contained environment that integrates seamlessly with the home’s flow yet transforms into a focused creative space the moment the doors close. Monitoring was built around Kyle’s preferred ATC SCM45A loudspeakers, paired with Dynaudio subwoofers and calibrated specifically to the room’s frequency response. Every treatment, material, and speaker position was selected to ensure what Kyle hears while mixing precisely translates to the final master. The finished suite delivers an effortless feel with professional-grade performance—an inspiring, accurate, and dependable space built to support Kyle’s work at the highest level.
