As designers, we have a responsibility to honor the planet we extract precious materials from. One of the best ways that we can do this is by creating spaces that are timeless in their aesthetic, eliminating the desire to tear out and replace what is still in great physical condition.⁠ ⁠ We used Missouri-mined @phenixmarble extensively throughout the interior and exterior of the Oakwood Residence. The seamless vanity, custom depressed arch, wall base, and shower feature fossilized Fleuri slabs while the floor, wall, and ceiling tile feature various sizes of Napoleon Gray marble.⁠ ⁠ Our hope is that this beautiful natural stone serves many generations of homeowners over its lifetime.⁠ Plumbing fixtures are Kohler Components. Freestanding bathtub in Kohler Ceric. Steam shower with Kohler Anthem and Kohler Components trims. Switches and outlets are Legrand Adorne. Decorative lighting by Rejuvenation. Custom walnut cabinetry. Custom marble tile, countertop, sinks, and wall base in Phenix Fleuri and Napoleon Gray.

5'6" × 7'-0" room with Restoration Hardware "Hutton" vanity (36"w x 24"d) and "Hutton" mirror, sconces by Waterworks "Newel", shower size 36" x 36" with 22" door, HansGrohe "Axor Montreux" shower set. Wall paint is "pearl white" by Pratt & Lambert and wood trim is "white dove" eggshell from Benjamin Moore. Wall tiles are 3"x6" honed, carrara marble with inset hexagonals for the niche. Coved ceiling - walls are curved into a flat ceiling.

Whole-house remodel of a hillside home in Seattle. The historically-significant ballroom was repurposed as a family/music room, and the once-small kitchen and adjacent spaces were combined to create an open area for cooking and gathering. A compact master bath was reconfigured to maximize the use of space, and a new main floor powder room provides knee space for accessibility. History, revived. An early 19th century Dutch farmstead, nestled in the hillside of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, offered a storied canvas on which to layer replicated additions and contemporary components. Endowed with an extensive art collection, the house and barn serve as a platform for aesthetic appreciation in all forms.

Bathroom in Lexington Ave | Room Type: Primary Bathroom (Master Bath Remodel) | Project Name: Lexington Ave | Key Feature: A modern, luxury bathroom with a subtle boho influence, featuring unique tile placement, statement lighting, and layered materials that create visual interest in a compact footprint. Challenge: The client wanted a full bathroom transformation while keeping all plumbing in its existing locations to minimize renovation costs, requiring creative design solutions within structural limitations. Solution: The design team reimagined the space by introducing updated finishes, distinctive tile layouts, wallpaper, and statement lighting to elevate the bathroom while working within the existing layout. The project was executed entirely remotely, demonstrating a seamless virtual design process. Materials: Bedrosians tile, Thibaut wallpaper, Arteriors lighting, Kohler plumbing fixtures, Jaipur Living rugs, Made Goods bath mirrors, and Bungalow5 bath stool.
