The Kipling house is a new addition to the Montrose neighborhood. Designed for a family of five, it allows for generous open family zones oriented to large glass walls facing the street and courtyard pool. The courtyard also creates a buffer between the master suite and the children's play and bedroom zones. The master suite echoes the first floor connection to the exterior, with large glass walls facing balconies to the courtyard and street. Fixed wood screens provide privacy on the first floor while a large sliding second floor panel allows the street balcony to exchange privacy control with the study. Simplicity, Calming, Contemporary and easy to clean were all adjectives the home owners wanted to see in their new Master Bathroom remodel. A oversized Jacuzzi tub was removed to create a very large walk in shower with a wet and dry zone. Corner benches were added for seating along with a niche for toiletries. The new vanity has plenty of storage capacity. The chrome fixtures coordinate with the mirrors and vanity lights to create a contemporary and relaxing Master Bathroom.

Inside the shower in the master bathroom, we can see more detail for the 12 x 24 porcelain tile walls and the mosaic tile floor. This is a zero entry, curbless shower with a glass door. Very roomy.

The master bedroom in this riverfront home has a unique ceiling with linear AC vents and controllable lighting. when closed, the patterned sheers offer privacy and solar control while still allowing an outdoor connection. When open, they stack back and frame the views to the great outdoors.
