After completing The Victoria Crest Residence we used this plan model for more homes after, because of it's success in the floorpan and overall design. The home offers expansive decks along the back of the house as well as a rooftop deck. Our flat panel walnut cabinets plays in with our clean line scheme. The creative process for our window layout is given much care along with interior lighting selection. We cannot stress how important lighting is to our company. Our wrought iron and wood floating staircase system is designed in house with much care. This open floorpan provides space for entertaining on both the main and upstair levels. Covered porches, patios, gradually terraced landscape areas are intelligently spread out to enhance the scale and usability of the yard. The pool is aligned mutually at the master bedroom porch, and the family barbecue deck. Steps are tall enough to transition down the slope, but not so tall as to block a parent's view of kids in the pool. A long bedroom hallway in the background is almost entirely glass. Custom divided lites and muntin are used throughout the windows and doors. Every gable is bracketed and decorated. Inspiration for a timeless bathroom remodel in Dallas

Our latest project, an elegant modernisation of a 1920s seafront detached Essex property, features in the February 2024 edition of 25 beautiful Homes. This enterprise grew from an initial entrance hall cabinetry commission into a much larger project, encompassing many aspects of interior design, including decorative schemes for colours and finishes, spatial planning and lighting design. We also produced a wide range of cabinetry designs throughout the property, including the wine wall, principle bed and headboard, his and hers dressing room wardrobes and bespoke 5m drop staircase lighting feature, which runs through the whole house. We were fortunate to be part of a great project team, working alongside talented builders Intelligent Building, joinery masters Nord Build and home automation wizards P&R Service.

This property has been completely remodeled and features an open floor-plan with quality finishes throughout. All the systems in the house, electrical, hvac, appliances, floors, garage door, entry doors, bathroom, kitchen, windows, and roof are brand new. The entire lot has been beautifully landscaped with new sod and a new deck off the master into an entertainer's backyard. The garage has been fully finished with new drywall and includes a bonus room off that back of the garage! This spectacular space is a perfect area for a home office, gym, study, or even convert to an ADU and truly capture the value add potential of this space!
