Inspiration for a large modern master dark wood floor bedroom remodel in San Francisco with white walls, a ribbon fireplace and a plaster fireplace

A few months ago I received an email from White Horse Village Retirement Community after they found my portfolio online inquiring if we could work together on a staging opportunity. Fast forward to today and after weeks of hard work pulling floor samples and clearance accessories, rendering 3D floor plans, coordinating a 2 day installation and working with the best team, my first staging project is complete! I hope future residents walk through the front door and it feels like home in this garden inspired space.

We endeavored to work closely with the client to design a refined yet singularly styled house that would include ample places from which to experience the rich flora and fauna along the river and in the woods and nearby wetland. The Cottage is reached by strolling across a bridge that spans a restored wetland. A central oval-shaped Dining Room acts as a centering space in the house leading to a Library/Living Room, a spacious Kitchen, an open Office space and a conservatory-covered Craft Room and Laundry. The Office opens to a wrap-around Conservatory to allow full views of the abundant riverlife. A Sunroom is situated underneath a masterful old Oak tree. Upstairs the Master Suite allows for full enjoyment of the scenery with a private screen porch and Master Bath centered under the Oak. The Sky Room opens to a deck with views of the river and the stars. In the lower level lurks a ‘bat cave’, a full-featured video Screening Room, which was spearheaded and in collaboration by the client. The house makes use of low toxic materials, super insulated shell and Solar Electric system and 3 story elevator. A garage barn features a stargazing deck and a Solar Electric system. 4500sf/415m - 4bdrm

Mediterranean exterior home idea in Jacksonville

This home was completely automated by Control 4. Client was able to control multiple TVs, lights, and areas of audio all from phone, tablet, and/or handheld remote. The Theater room was able to stream several different video sources at once. TV's in the Master Bedroom and Living space were on a motorized mount that would slide down when client was ready for use and vanish into the ceiling when not in use. Clients cameras were also integrated into Control 4 allowing the customer to use 1 app to run the entire home.

This condo is located in Key Biscayne FL. It features a three zone music distribution system. Stereo in the Master Bedroom, kitchen, and in the Living room, using a Bang & Olufsen BeoSound 3500 as the main sound source, BeoLab 6000, BeoLink Passive, Sonance Architectural Series in-ceiling speakers and a full active loudspeakers all wall mounted for a clear look throughout the apartment. Cummings Architects transformed this beautiful oceanfront property on Eastern Point. A bland home with flat facade from the eighties was torn down to the studs to build this elegant shingle-style home with swooping gables and intricate window details. The main living spaces and bedrooms all have sprawling ocean views. Custom trim work and paneling adorns every room of the house, so that every little detail adds up to to create a timeless and elegant home. This unique space in lower-Manhattan offers sweeping views to the east, west and south. The loft had been gut-renovated in the 1980s, but was in need of updating. Modern finishes, luxurious furnishings and technology upgrades were made throughout the apartment. Included in the re-fresh was a luxurious new master bathroom with a two-person walk-in shower, a soaking tub with a dramatic city view, heated marble floors and an integrated television in the vanity mirror. In the kitchen, the custom cabinetry remained in place, but new countertops, backsplash, lighting and appliances were added.
