CSU transformed this kitchen into a timeless masterpiece. We said goodbye to outdated aesthetics and welcomed a fresh, modern look that combines functionality with elegance.
Starting with the heart of the kitchen, the painted White Dove cabinetry brings a bright and airy feel, enhancing the sense of space and openness. Complemented by luxurious quartzite countertops, the kitchen surfaces are not only stunning but also durable and easy to maintain, ensuring they withstand the test of time.
The focal point of the kitchen is the meticulously crafted tile backsplash. The herringbone pattern over the stove adds a touch of sophistication and texture. Paired with the warmth of hardwood flooring, seamlessly filled in where cabinets were relocated, this kitchen exudes a cozy yet contemporary ambiance.
With the sink moved from its awkward corner space, the kitchen's flow is enhanced, making meal prep and cleanup a breeze. The new, farmhouse sink is perfectly positioned to optimize functionality and style. With polished nickel faucets and amazing gold pendants, every detail exudes luxury and refinement.
The ventilation system was upgraded from a downdraft to a sleek recirculating hood, ensuring optimal air quality while maintaining a seamless aesthetic.
The new design embraces the practicality of a redesigned layout, transitioning from a double-height peninsula to an L-shaped configuration, maximizing counter space and efficiency. Cabinets have been skillfully relocated to accommodate a new slide-in range, complete with convenient spice cabinets on each side, ensuring the culinary essentials are always within reach.
With our meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality craftsmanship, this kitchen remodel is not just a renovation but a transformational experience, tailored to the owners' unique styles and needs. Say hello to a kitchen that is as functional as it is beautiful, a space where memories are made, and culinary dreams come to life.

"Its all about the view!" Our client has been dreaming of redesigning and updating her childhood home for years. Her husband, filled me in on the details of the history of this bay front home and the many memories they've made over the years, and we poured love and a little southern charm into the coastal feel of the Kitchen. Our clients traveled here multiple times from their home in North Carolina to meet with me on the details of this beautiful home on the Ocean Gate Bay, and the end result was a beautiful kitchen with an even more beautiful view.
We would like to thank JGP Building and Contracting for the beautiful install.
We would also like to thank Dianne Ahto at https://www.graphicus14.com/ for her beautiful eye and talented photography.

Our mission was to completely update and transform their huge house into a cozy, welcoming and warm home of their own.
“When we moved in, it was such a novelty to live in a proper house. But it still felt like the in-law’s home,” our clients told us. “Our dream was to make it feel like our home.”
Our transformation skills were put to the test when we created the host-worthy kitchen space (complete with a barista bar!) that would double as the heart of their home and a place to make memories with their friends and family.
We upgraded and updated their dark and uninviting family room with fresh furnishings, flooring and lighting and turned those beautiful exposed beams into a feature point of the space.
The end result was a flow of modern, welcoming and authentic spaces that finally felt like home. And, yep … the invite was officially sent out!
Our clients had an eclectic style rich in history, culture and a lifetime of adventures. We wanted to highlight these stories in their home and give their memorabilia places to be seen and appreciated.
The at-home office was crafted to blend subtle elegance with a calming, casual atmosphere that would make it easy for our clients to enjoy spending time in the space (without it feeling like they were working!)
We carefully selected a pop of color as the feature wall in the primary suite and installed a gorgeous shiplap ledge wall for our clients to display their meaningful art and memorabilia.
Then, we carried the theme all the way into the ensuite to create a retreat that felt complete.

Elevated Outdoor Living: Knox Cabana Project
There’s a difference between an outdoor patio and a true destination. At Centerline Construction, we specialize in the latter. One of our last projects in Forsyth County, Georgia, is a masterclass in blending rugged natural materials with high-end modern luxury.
The Architecture of Leisure-
Framed with solid, hand-selected cedar, this pavilion features massive timber beams that provide both structural integrity and a striking aesthetic. Inside, the pine tongue-and-groove ceiling creates a warm, inviting canopy, illuminated by integrated modern lighting that allows the party to continue long after the sun sets over the Georgia pines.
Masterful Integration-
Built to serve as the crown jewel for a stunning pool designed by Cosmic Design, this cabana is packed with features for the ultimate host!
The Collaboration-
Great work happens when experts unite. This build was a powerful collaboration between Centerline Construction CEO Alfred Tudela and Luis Duchi, owner of Fixit Team. This project was designed and brought to completion by Cosmic Design Studio, who also constructed the pool and completed the amazing stone work. By combining our crews' specialized skills, we were able to execute this complex design with precision and speed, delivering a space that will stand the test of time.
Ready to transform your backyard? At Centerline Construction, we don’t just build structures; we build the backdrop for your best memories.

Our Award Nominated project,Violet street was a huge transformation from start to finish. Our goal was to take the main floor of the house from the 80’s to the 21st century by creating an open concept living area and a chef’s kitchen.
Removing the unnecessary walls created and open concept main floor with a chef's kitchen and an island that is over eleven feet long. Storage was a concern in the previously small kitchen; with that in mind we added in some full height pantry units with roll out shelves. The pantry units flank a built in desk and glass cabinets which has quickly become the landing zone for the kitchen and the perfect spot for planning their dinner menu. We elevated the look of the desk by running the back splash from the floor right up to the top as the backing inside the glass cabinets.
The living room was also given a new lease on life. All the cabinetry was done in a white washed oak to define the living space from the kitchen; this is especially important in open concept. Built in cabinetry now frames the fireplace, giving the living room a focal point.
Violet St has now been elevated to the present time and is a wonderful space to entertain and test your culinary abilities.
Now this home is ready to be filled with many happy memories and moments.
