This home, located in Millis, MA, had originally had 5-year old Certainteed Weatherboard fiber cement installed that was improperly installed by the builder and had cracks and rot already setting in. In Fort Collins new codes have been adopted that require that all new roofs be installed using a Class IV shingle. This new roof in Fort Collins is a CertainTeed Northgate Class IV Impact Resistant roof in the color Driftwood.

After we installed the new roof on this home in Mead, the homeowners also had the house painted. What a transformation! The shingles we installed are GAF Timberline HD shingles in the color Weathered Wood.

This homeowner in Mead had us replace the roof as he finished a room addition on the back side of the house so that everything could be roofed at once. We installed a new CertainTeed Northgate, Class IV Impact Resistant roof on the home in the color Moire Black.
