Located on a typical 50’ x 100’ inner city lot, this project explores a moderate budget alternative to either the townhome prototype or the large house covering the lot. The ground floor footprint is minimized, so that it is smaller on the ground than the neighboring bungalows while maintaining a yard. The second floor is developed as the primary living floor with the third floor designed to take advantage of fantastic views of downtown Houston.

This is an example of a contemporary landscaping in Chicago.

This country house was previously owned by Halle Berry and sits on a private lake north of Montreal. The kitchen was dated and a part of a large two storey extension which included a master bedroom and ensuite, two guest bedrooms, office, and gym. Justin Moorland. Solid Apollo LED. Here Waterproof Pure White LED Strip Lights were added behind the bathroom mirrors, as back lighting, for an incredible indirect lighting effect. The soft glow from the strip light not only adds to the modern layout of the bathroom, but also keeps with the simplistic design as no lighting fixtures disturb the well planned design. The Waterproof LED Strip Lights are easy to control and easy to dim for just the right amount of light. Here the LED Strip Light was placed along the edges of the back of the mirrors, and then the mirror was hung just over an inch away from the wall to avoid creating hot spots (where individual LED's are shown) for a completely smooth linear lighting effect all around the mirror.

The Kitchen is separated from the dining area and great room by an antique timber post and beam opening.
