This backyard landscape design is inspired by our Blu Grande Smooth patio slab. Perfect paving slab for modern poolsides and backyard design, Blu Grande Smooth is a large concrete patio stone available in multiple colors. It's smooth texture is sleek to the eye but rougher to the touch which avoids it from getting slippery when wet. The large rectangular shape works as an easy add-on into Blu 60 regular modular patterns but can also work as a stand-alone to create a very linear look. Stratford Home Center built this custom two-story modular home on picturesque and serene Priest Lake, Idaho. This home was a total of 3658 sq. ft. of finished living space with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Some of the many features included in this home was a Great Room, an attached 28’x28’ garage with an above bonus room; a spacious, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops; an expansive master suite with walk-in closet and a guest suite on the lower level and 9’ ft. ceiling height on both floors. This home consists of four modular components. Decking and the garage/bonus room was built on site.

The modern design of the NORA cabinet creates a sleek home for a flat panel TV and components. Available in two profiles, NORA is a standard depth for larger home theater systems, while NORA SLIM is perfect for systems with shallow components. Both models feature two adjustable side component compartments with soft-close doors. The center of the cabinets includes an open speaker/component compartment and a flip-down door that conceals two additional component compartments.

A wall between the kitchen and den and a walk-in wet bar were removed. The open plan brought more natural light and a great openness to the space. The team reconfigured the space, encroaching into the laundry area to carve out the placement for the ovens. A large island added much functionality and works as easily for a single cook or several. A unique modular niche at the rangetop was the result of careful planning by the team utilizing large format porcelain tiles for the backsplash. Improving the lighting was a key requirement and new LED task and accent lighting was specified to illuminate the space. Aaron Dougherty Photography

This property was completely gutted and redesigned into a single family townhouse. After completing the construction of the house I staged the furniture, lighting and decor. Staging is a new service that my design studio is now offering.
