Sophisticated. Confident. Boundless. The Edge collection embodies the enduring appeal of the modern organic design aesthetic. Its intuitive design narrative speaks to an affinity for the beauty of nature and the movement toward elemental materials. Clean lines and simplified silhouettes are paired with a multilayered palette that includes mappa burl veneers, bleached walnut solids, travertine and satin brass accents. The raw beauty of walnut woodgrains is brought to life with natural, dry finishes that allow the material to speak for itself. In harmony with the landscape, these distinctive designs capture the nature of refined modernity and are destined to beautifully inhabit their surroundings

this small city back yard is designed for the adults to relax on the elevated bluestone terrace at the firepit and watch the kids play on the lawn. The yard used to be steeply sloped, so I created terracing to make the yard more usable. The yard highlights the existing antique San Francisco cobblestone wall that bounds the back of the yard. Wisteria is trained on the wood fence, and Green Tower Boxwoods on both sides of the yard create a framework. The edges are kept narrow and simple, to maximize the turf area and be tough enough to withstand the occasional soccer ball. The Fire pit is built around a ready-made contractor's kit from American Fyre Designs, to which I added reclaimed San Francisco Cobble around the outside. The Fire pit is bisected by the low retaining wall, and is low foot/table height on the patio side and a taller feature element on the lawn side which has a narrative with the old existing stone wall at the back.

This project captures the essence of quiet luxury and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Each room is designed to highlight the surrounding ocean views, with a palette of warm neutrals, tactile textures, and organic forms.
From the freestanding tub framed by sea-blue horizons to the layered lighting in the kitchen and the airy openness of the master bedroom, every space flows effortlessly, inviting relaxation and balance.
The materials — soft woods, natural stone, and textured textiles — reinforce the sense of calm, while large windows and thoughtful layouts let the light and views become part of the design narrative.
Crafted by Xpress Rendering, this project reflects a harmonious blend of serenity, functionality, and emotional connection to place.

This interior is a curated celebration of artistic freedom and layered textures. It blends Art Deco elegance with bohemian warmth—creating a space that feels both refined and richly expressive. Each element contributes to a narrative that is soulful, slightly unconventional, and deeply inviting.
Intricate patterns meet luxurious surfaces: mirrored accents, matte metals, plush textiles, and layered rugs. The tactile contrast brings depth and personality, giving each corner a story of craftsmanship and layered design.
Zones transition softly—seating areas, reading nooks, and display shelves coexist without visual tension. Arched openings, sculptural furniture, and atmospheric lighting guide movement through the space naturally, with poetic intention.
Lighting is considered art—waning shadows, glowing highlights, and reflective surfaces breathe life into textures. The ambiance is calm but charged: moody yet intentional, theatrical without drama.
This is a home that feels lived-in by a creative spirit. It's not rigidly modern, but rather curated—and beautifully imperfect. It exudes warmth, curiosity, and a quiet confidence that invites reflection.

Perched high above Calgary’s vibrant East Village, this condo was designed to reflect the homeowner’s story — layered, personal, and full of meaningful pieces collected over time. The homeowner wanted to create a space that feels authentic, inviting, and connected to her life experiences.
Working collaboratively, we curated furnishings and finishes that balance character with comfort. Each choice integrated treasured items with new elements to enhance functionality, improve visual flow, and express her unique narrative.
The result is a warm, eclectic home where she can work productively, relax fully, and take in sweeping views of the Bow River at the end of each day.

Located in Argyle, Texas, this comprehensive whole-home renovation was conceived by USI Design & Remodeling who reimagined the home's interior architecture, transforming a collection of compartmentalized rooms into a cohesive environment designed for modern living, entertaining, and daily comfort. The project encompassed the kitchen, family room, dining room, lounge, office, primary bathroom, and supporting circulation spaces, creating a unified experience that feels both expansive and intentional. Throughout the home, refined materials, custom millwork, and carefully curated finishes establish a sense of understated luxury while maintaining warmth and livability.
The renovation extends beyond aesthetics to create a home tailored to the family's evolving needs. Consistent architectural detailing, layered textures, and thoughtful proportions establish continuity throughout the residence, allowing each room to feel connected to the larger design narrative.

The designers of this solid core interior door model took their inspiration from the rich history of Bulgaria’s breathtakingly beautiful capital. Spanning thousands of years, the city’s narrative includes two Roman periods (both the Western Roman Empire and the Byzantine Empire left their mark and influenced all future construction, beginning with the complete rebuilding of the city’s center and some suburbs by Emperor Justinian I), a medieval period that added a Gothic touch to the cityscape, a lavish Baroque period followed by rapid Neoclassical developments, and, of course, Baroque Revival pioneered by some of the local masterbuilders, all of which has had a profound influence on interior designs (and interior doors as well). The Sofia interior door model comes in two versions: just Sofia, suitable for virtually any door configuration and Sofia La Luce, the queen of interior doors with glass.

Material Narrative: The live-edge walnut slab provides immediate organic texture, depth, and warmth, with each piece offering unique grain character.
Modern Accent: The integrated river of high-gloss white epoxy introduces a striking contemporary element. Its translucent, glossy finish adds a dynamic pop of color and reflects light, creating visual depth.
Functional Art: The design transforms a traditional surface into a conversation-starting centerpiece suitable for a range of styles, from rustic-modern to coastal contemporary.

Located on a sprawling 50-acre equestrian estate in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, a historic barn ruin was meticulously transformed into a luxurious, one-of-a-kind residence. This exquisite home beautifully marries the rustic charm of traditional post-and-beam construction with the elegance of modern luxury.
Central to the design is a deep respect for the site’s heritage. The home incorporates reclaimed wood and stone salvaged from the property alongside new materials, carefully integrated into the architecture to preserve the narrative of a Pennsylvania bank barn. The thoughtful use of materials ensures the legacy of the barn is honored while elevating it to meet the standards of modern living.
Serving as a testament to timeless craftsmanship, the converted barn residence features post-and-beam construction. The home’s design offers a harmonious blend of intimate living spaces and expansive entertaining areas. Four comfortable bedrooms provide ample accommodation, while the open concept main level seamlessly connects to a lower level entertainment space.
The lower level opens to the courtyard and pool deck, creating a resort-like retreat within the estate’s pastoral landscape. Indoor-outdoor flow makes it an ideal setting for gatherings and large-scale entertaining, all set against the backdrop of rural Bucks County’s serene surroundings.
