Hayden Estate Spa: The DTV Digital Command Center & Total Hydrotherapy This close-up perspective dives into the high-tech core of the en-suite’s 18-head steam suite. This view demonstrates the sophisticated integration required to pull off a private, residential spa. By utilizing a central Kohler DTV digital command center, we provided the homeowner with total, computerized control over their hydrotherapy, steam, and environmental settings in one seamless, wall-mounted interface. Advanced Technical & Design Specs: DTV Digital Interface: This wall-mounted, computerized controller is the hub of the entire system. It orchestrates water temperature, flow, steam duration, integrated lighting, and the Bluetooth Polk Audio soundscape, all from a user-friendly digital display. 18-Outlet Command Matrix: The system manages an expansive array of 18 total water sources, including the visible column of high-pressure wall-mounted massaging body sprayers. Note the precision vertical alignment, engineered to provide a customizable full-body massage. Racing-Grade Steam Suite: This view highlights the steam-tight glass enclosure, essential for maintaining the custom "racing-grade" steam generator's efficiency. The deep, radius-cornered LED-lit shampoo niche adds functionality while proving that technical spaces don’t sacrifice artisan finish. Integrated Precision Lighting: The subtle linear LED lighting in the recessed niche and the computerized ambient light settings controlled by the DTV panel ensure the perfect atmosphere, from an energizing morning shower to a relaxing evening steam. Our client is a High Level VC who hoped to limit time away from his young family. The scope of the project was to design a family-friendly home, while including all of the high style and high-tech amenities and conveniences expected in a Silicon Valley estate. Designing with these requirements in mind, our team created functional spaces for family life while maintaining business requirements in one space. This balance between comfort and professionalism was implemented through masterful layout and design including a private gathering room that can host up to 100 guests, which was intentionally designed to entertain business meetings, lessening the need for travel, and allowing for a more balanced lifestyle. Other features include a Screening Room, Bar and Wine Tasting Area, Private Library and Executive office, and Grand Dining Room.

REDEFINING CUSTOM THEATER SEATING The FORTUNY theater chair was created for the most luxurious home theater. It’s concept is unique in many aspects and the design combines leather upholstery, varying stitching finishes, ergonomic contours, real wood veneer and an independently controlled reclining mechanism. The chair was designed by the Mitra Theaters team as a seating solution for their exclusive high-end home theater projects. Careful attention has been paid to the overall comfort of this chair. Ergonomics have been thorougly studied during the design and development process. High quality foam with different densities in combination with zigzag seating support and webbed backrest support are used to create a comfortable and soft feel which maintains a proper balance for ones body.
 
A steel frame and mechanism ensures a smooth operation now and in the future. The independently controlled reclining mechanism allows the user to adjust the backrest independently from the footrest, giving the user full freedom and the ability to adjust the chair to a position that fits one’s body structure. The articulating headrest is a feature which ensures ultimate comfort while viewing a movie in the reclined position. It gives the proper neck support needed and guarantees the perfect viewing in relation to the film screen. The Fortuny is also available as a fixed chair and in a manually operated reclining version.
