Kerry's cabinet man, Jerry, made a very workable design using pre-fabricated cabinets; he then customized the sizes of at least half of these cabinets to conform to the requirements of the center island, cooktop and pantry spaces. We are very happy with the quality of the cabinets. We found the installation expertise of Jerry's installer, Gil, to be top-rate. His installation achieved a custom look and all the cupboards and drawers worked flawlessly. Kerry's crew, Jake, Randall and Kevin, were great guys to have on site. They respected our property (and our dog) and possessed both skill and integrity. They arrived daily at the time they specified and worked tirelessly to achieve what they set out to do. Our team set out to design and build a primary residence that met the client's humble goals for their (5-person) family while also achieving Passive House certification. It wasn’t clear from the start whether or not going for certification would be viable given the budget restrictions and bank-loan financing limitations. We worked very closely as an integrated team (Architect, Builder, Project Management, Owner, CPHC (chris Miksic) , PHIUS rater (Karen Bushey), various subs, and vendors) throughout the design and planning process to incorporate cost-savings measures and provided numerous estimating “interventions” to stay on track. There was a significant effort to value engineer what we could, to ensure there were funds available for the desired energy goals. Each member of the team contributed towards getting the project over the finish line and ultimately Passive House +2018 & Source Zero certified! Complete 1950's gut job, unforeseen damages repaired along with re-insulation of walls and room. This customer decided to go with a gray wood tone luxury vinyl plank(lvp) flooring paired with porcelain Carrara white w/gray veins marble tile walk-in shower and mathing Carrara white vanity top. The room and shower are fitted with brushed nickel hardware and fixtures to bring the grays together with just enough pop from the contemporary brown vanity base and mirror frame. A XL mirror was chosen to help make this tiny bathroom feel larger and to help utilize more sunlight for a brighter more natural feel.

This beautiful traditional style kitchen is crafted with inset custom cabinetry. The doors are recessed in a white stain on maple. Countertops are wood with a 3x6 white marble backsplash. Hardwood floors were used to coordinate with the rest of the house.
