The open shelving was designed to create a balanced display space while maintaining a light, airy feel across the full width of the built-in. The symmetrical layout allows decorative objects, books, and personal pieces to be styled in a curated way without feeling cluttered. Adjustable shelving provides flexibility for different objects and artwork, while the painted finish helps highlight the items on display and keeps the overall installation feeling cohesive with the surrounding room.

This living room and dining room interior design was an open space project for a couple with two children. The main objective was to transform this room, which was previously dark and heavy environment, into a bright, light and pleasant space that conveys peace and well-being. Furthermore, it was very important to be able to combine the elegance of the contemporary and refined style that the client wanted and at the same time guarantee maximum comfort to this family space. This objective was very well achieved, either by the choice of light tones in the living room, with soft touches of color, especially in the dining table area, or by the presence of the natural element through various plants. Comfort was guaranteed with a wonderful sofa, of great quality, designed and produced by Casas Com Design. The rug and curtains also added comfort and luminosity to the environment, due to the light tones and fabrics used. As a complement to the sofa, the puff serves as a support, either for feet, for sitting, or in this case, with the tray on top, it serves as a drawing table for children.

Innovative waste bins ELLETIPI, equipped with a patented mechanism for the automatic opening of the lids when opening the cabinet door. The lid opens and the bin is extracted when you open the cabinet door; the lid also closes automatically when the bin returns in the cabinet when you close the door, guaranteeing odor protection. This object is made of polymers, and the fitting and attachment components are filled and reinforced. This system was designed to be installed on the side of the cabinet and connected to the door (not compulsory). Its main objective is to be used internally in kitchen base cabinets, under the sink. Its installation is practical and rapid, thanks to the instructions that can be used as a drilling guide and the supplied 12 self-tapping screws.

Found objects and keep sakes passed down through generations were a key inspiration for this home office space. The layering of industrial metal elements was inspired by a childhood cabin on main island, and now this space creates the perfect backdrop for the home owners collection of found objects and family keep sakes treasures.

This project is part of a whole house remodel that embraced accessible design and the premise of living-in-place.
The objectives for the primary suite closets were to accommodate an extensive woman’s wardrobe including 40+ pairs of shoes while leaving adequate space for the husband’s more modest wardrobe. Further, all items needed to be accessible. The original closet was eliminated by the relocation of the staircase to the second-floor master suite.
A careful analysis of the homeowners’ needs and desires optimized the organization and storage options to include a variety of closet rod widths and heights, roll-out shoe racks, roll-out soft drawers, and shelving. The content of the closets is illuminated by tubular skylights with integral light kits in the hall, over the door LED fixtures in each closet and lighted LED lower closet rods.
The closet design achieved the homeowners objective to house their wardrobes and even had room left over for bed linens.

Taragano Design & Build completed this fireplace wall as part of a
whole house remodel in Alamo, California.
The existing firebox stayed. Rebuilding a masonry fireplace is
substantial work with a substantial cost, and in a house where the
firebox was sound, the money was better spent on everything around
it. What changed is the surround, the hearth, and the wall the wall
sits in.
The tile is fluted and runs vertically from hearth to ceiling in a
single plane, wrapping the raised platform in the same material.
Carrying it around the hearth rather than stopping at the floor is
what makes the fireplace read as one built object rather than a
firebox with a facing applied.
Shelves are lit from the underside of each board, so the light
falls on the objects rather than into the room. In a wall this
long, that keeps the shelving legible in the evening without adding
a fixture that competes with the fire.
Millwork was matched in tone to the flooring and kept lighter than
the walls, which is what stops a full height feature wall from
reading as heavy.

Found object lamps often come with a story. The Neuman Chimney Cleaner is a most clever invention intended to simplify chimney cleaning. The compacted cleaner is suspended from two ropes and lowered down the chimney in its closed form. Pulling up on the control rope causes the prongs to spread, while using the other support rope raises and lowers the cleaner to scrape the chimney walls. Age of this one in unknown, but Orin Neuman of Wittenberg, WI received the original patent in 1930. In 1988, the Schaffer Brush Manufacturing Company in Waukesha, WI acquired the patent rights.
The repurposed ceiling light features included twin clear tubular bulbs and a mechanism to set and lock the flair to suit the intended space. Height is approximately 23 inches, with variable flair from 11 x 7.5 to 18 x 15 inches.

Outdoor Kitchen Island
A two-level pergola, circular firepit area and outdoor kitchen with a charcoal-gas combo grill star in this Houston patio addition designed for entertaining large crowds in style.
"The client was an attorney with a passion for cooking and entertaining," says the project's principal designer, Lisha Maxey of LGH Designs. "Her main objective with this space was to create a large area for 10 to 20 guests, including seating and the prep and cooking of meals."
Located in the backyard of the client's home in Spring, TX, this beautiful outdoor living and entertaining space includes a 28-by-12-foot patio with Fantastico silver travertine tile flooring, arranged in a Versailles pattern. The walkway is Oklahoma wister flagstone.
Providing filtered shade for the patio is a two-level pergola of treated pine stained honey gold. The larger, higher tier is about 18 by 10 feet; the smaller, lower tier is about 10 feet square.
"We covered the entire pergola with Lexan - a high-quality, clear acrylic sheet that provides protection from the sun, heat and rain," says Outdoor Homescapes of Houston owner Wayne Franks.
Beneath the lower tier of the pergola sits an L-shaped, 12-by-9-foot outdoor kitchen island faced with Carmel Country ledgestone. The island houses a Fire Magic® combination charcoal-gas grill and lowered power burner, a Pacific Living countertop pizza oven and a stainless steel RCS trash drawer and sink. The countertops and raised bar are Fantastico silver travertine (18-square-inch tiles) and the backsplash is real quartz.
"The most unique design item of this kitchen area is the hexagon/circular table we added to the end of the long bar," says Lisha. This enabled the client to add seating for her dining guests."
Under the higher, larger tier of the pergola is a seating area, made up of a coffee table and espresso-colored rattan sofa and club chairs with spring-green-and-white cushions.
"Lighting also plays an important role in this space, since the client often entertains in the evening," says Wayne. Enter the chandelier over the patio seating arrangement and - over the outdoor kitchen - pendant lamps and an industrial-modern ceiling fan with a light fixture in the center. "It's important to layer your lighting for ambiance, security and safety - from an all-over ambient light that fills the space to under-the-counter task lighting for food prep and cooking to path and retaining wall lighting."
Off the patio is a transition area of crushed granite and floating flagstone pavers, leading to a circular firepit area of stamped concrete.
At the center of this circle is the standalone firepit, framed at the back by a curved stone bench. The walls of the bench and column bases for the pergola, by the way, are the same ledgestone as the kitchen island. The top slab on the bench is a hearth piece of manmade stone.
"I think the finish materials blend with the home really well," says Wayne. "We met her objectives of being able to entertain with 10 to 12 to 20 people at one time and being able to cook with charcoal and gas separately in one unit. And of course, the project was on time, on budget."
"It is truly a paradise," says the client in her Houzz review of the project. "They listened to my vision and incorporated their expertise to create an outdoor living space just perfect for me and my family!"

Pros of 3D planning:
✔️ Short lead times for the model.
✔️As soon as the model is entered into the program, you will be able, both independently and together with the designers, to work out all the details from the facade of the object to the color of the furniture.
✔️Now there will be no misunderstandings between designers and customers. All the wishes of the customer will be entered into the 3D model of the house, and not on the drawings!
✔️ Easier to control the construction process. Now no one can deceive you, because all the work will take place according to the already visible model.
✔️ Design a landscape design based on the area of the territory, adjacent objects and the wishes of the customer!
✔️Low prices of a three-dimensional model.
