Meg Moreta is an inspirational One Week Bath™ Customer. She shared with us that she had One Week Bath™ remodel her two bathrooms to “wipe away the memories of her debilitating bout with cancer.” Ongoing radiation and chemotherapy had left Meg spending much of her time being ill in her bathroom. We are so proud and honored to be included in her journey to recovery… part of that emotional recovery involved erasing the past and creating two new beautiful bathrooms that represent a fresh and healthy new start.
Meg Moreta hired One Week Bath Customer to remodel her bathWe’d like to share Meg’s story with you. I think you’ll find it enlightening and also hope that her journey will help others avoid the unnecessary trauma she experienced. Thankfully, Meg is now a five year cancer survivor in complete remission, and the mother of two beautiful little girls, Gabrielle, age 7 and Madeline, age 5.

It has long been established that a Vistafolia® wall goes anywhere, but what happens when the idea of the installation is that our artificial green wall panels go everywhere? Cruise ships are big business, offering passengers a taste of luxury and a 5-star treatment every step of the way.
Saga Cruises approached us to provide them with a low-maintenance green walls option that looked as good as the real thing. By installing our breathtakingly beautiful Signature Range on one of their outdoor areas, we did just that. The panels do not require any ongoing water or chemicals, and certainly have no need for an irrigation system – something that would be unnecessarily complicated on a ship. Instead, a simple periodic hose down will keep the wall looking its best every day, whether docked in port or sailing the seven seas.

The Waterfall Foodscape is a lush, layered edible landscape designed around a naturalistic waterfall and the experience of moving through the garden.
Rather than separating food production from ornamental planting, the design weaves edible perennials, fruiting plants, flowers, shrubs, and habitat-supporting species throughout the landscape. Stone, water, pathways, and planting work together to create a space that feels immersive, productive, and alive.
The waterfall acts as a focal point and sensory anchor, bringing movement, sound, and a cooling presence into the garden. Around it, layered planting creates seasonal interest, supports pollinators and wildlife, and provides ongoing harvests.
The result is a foodscape that balances beauty, biodiversity, and productivity while feeling natural and integrated with the surrounding landscape.

Our client for this project envisioned a whimsical great room design that was conducive to hosting gatherings and her ongoing book club. She also desired a comfortable, classic sofa that could accommodate her friends’ knee and back issues, while also incorporating her existing furniture in the refreshed design.
A woven jute rug added texture and set a casual mood. We then found the perfect sofa style to beautifully complement the space and accommodate her friends’ needs.
We created a welcoming, balanced ambiance by contrasting bold geometrically patterned pillows with organic drapery.Versatile swivel chairs with polka dot upholstery rounded out the seating for guests. We also added round iron nesting cocktail tables to provide the ideal spot for snacks during her book group meetings.
A magnificent waterlily painting adorned the walls, adding to the garden-inspired ambiance.
Our client’s finished great room is now an oasis of tranquility and charm. She’s thrilled to have her new “happy place” – a beautiful, welcoming space to entertain her friends and family.

Although less common than projects from our other product lines, a Sunspace Design pool enclosure is one of the most visually impressive products we offer. This custom pool enclosure was constructed on a beautiful four acre parcel in Carlisle, Massachusetts. It is the third major project Sunspace Design has designed and constructed on this property. We had previously designed and built an orangery as a dining area off the kitchen in the main house. Our use of a mahogany wood frame and insulated glass ceiling became a focal point and ultimately a beloved space for the owners and their children to enjoy. This positive experience led to an ongoing relationship with Sunspace.
We were called in some years later as the clients were considering building an indoor swimming pool on their property. They wanted to include wood and glass in the ceiling in the same fashion as the orangery we had completed for them years earlier. Working closely with the clients, their structural engineer, and their mechanical engineer, we developed the elevations and glass roof system, steel superstructure, and a very sophisticated environment control system to properly heat, cool, and regulate humidity within the enclosure.
Further enhancements included a full bath, laundry area, and a sitting area adjacent to the pool complete with a fireplace and wall-mounted television. The magnificent interior finishes included a bluestone floor. We were especially happy to deliver this project to the client, and we believe that many years of enjoyment will be had by their friends and family in this new space.
