In response to a client's request to revamp their closet during a comprehensive home renovation, we embraced the challenge with our five core values at the forefront. Amidst the client's expansive home transformation, which included the expansion of their Master Closet by removing a wall, we encountered a unique situation—losing a built-in dresser. We approached the task with flexibility, aiming not only to replace the missing storage but also to reorganize the existing space efficiently. Our commitment to client-centric solutions led us to assess the current hanging space and storage needs. By understanding the baseline functional requirements of the client, we could tailor our design to meet their specific needs effectively. Utilizing premium Cleef material, we elevated the project luxury and feel. We were able to introduce additional drawer space seamlessly, optimizing the shelving area for maximum utility. The result was a modern, premium feel. Responding to the client's desire for a contemporary touch, we integrated energy-efficient LED lighting into each bay, providing a practical solution for easy identification of clothing within the closet. Single Bowl 14" x 18" Undermount Bar Sink is Canadian designed and meets the highest plumbing standards for North America. This singe bowl undermount sink has drains towards the rear, for better utilization of the space under the sink cabinet. Also, the sink basin has X-pattern drain grooves for optimal drainage. Handmade from surgical grade SUS 304 stainless steel 18 gauge, with an optimized 18pct chromium and 10pct nickel content, this sink is superbly crafted to provide excellent strength and hardness. The specially chosen satin finish will hide water spots and maintain a uniform patina finish as the sink ages. All welds and corners are perfectly blended through an automated machine buffing system, and carefully hand polished, for a luxurious finish. This undermount bar sink has an elegant and smooth to touch 0.4" radius in the corners for easy cleaning, it also gives it a bold look. Despite the house's generous room sizes and vaulted ceilings, the existing kitchen felt cramped, with low ceilings and a less-than-optimal layout. Our approach to reconfiguring the kitchen was bold and transformative. We removed the dividing wall between the kitchen and dining room, opening up the space. The ceiling height was raised to create an airier atmosphere. Moreover, we ingeniously relocated the faucet and stove, optimizing functionality and aesthetics. Despite the kitchen's modest footprint, we successfully integrated ample storage, achieving a remarkable transformation in both layout and flow. But our renovation didn't stop there. We also treated the entire house to the allure of refinished and restrained wood floors, breathing new life into the living spaces. Outdated lighting fixtures in the living and dining areas were thoughtfully replaced with designs that not only complemented the new kitchen but also harmonized with the home's existing interior. Our recent project in the West Village involved a comprehensive kitchen and bathroom remodel, focusing on innovative design elements to enhance functionality and aesthetics. In the kitchen, we incorporated vibrant green cabinets to infuse a sense of freshness and modernity. Breaking down a wall transformed the closed kitchen into an open space, promoting a seamless connection with the living areas. The bathroom, despite its small size, was optimized for usability. Green tiles were chosen not only for their visual appeal but also to create a soothing atmosphere. The strategic use of space maximized storage and usability. As part of the overall renovation, we refinished the floors, providing a cohesive and polished look throughout. Additionally, closet doors were installed, contributing to organized and clutter-free living.
