The room that gets talked about the most is the mudroom. With two active teenagers and a busy lifestyle, organization is key. Every member of the family has his or her own spot and can easily find his or her outerwear, shoes, or athletic equipment. Having the custom made oak bench makes changing foot gear easier. Before the renovation, the bathroom included a large corner tub deck with heavy tile surround and a dated makeup station with decorative columns and wood cabinetry. The pink wall color and ornamental shelving gave the space an outdated feel, setting the stage for a major design update.

For this project, the initial inspiration for our clients came from seeing a modern industrial design featuring barnwood and metals in our showroom. Once our clients saw this, we were commissioned to completely renovate their outdated and dysfunctional kitchen and our in-house design team came up with this new space that incorporated old world aesthetics with modern farmhouse functions and sensibilities. Now our clients have a beautiful, one-of-a-kind kitchen which is perfect for hosting and spending time in. Modern Farm House kitchen built in Milan Italy. Imported barn wood made and set in gun metal trays mixed with chalk board finish doors and steel framed wired glass upper cabinets. Industrial meets modern farm house

This client’s goal was to renovate her outdated traditional bathroom into an updated bathroom with a “beach feel.” The flooring was replaced with small square tiles to give the illusion of a larger bathroom. A new white tub was installed along with white textured subway tile for the walls, including an interesting glass mosaic accent liner tile. Soap and shampoo corner shelves were added to the shower corners to create more surface space, and rubbed bronze Delta fixtures were installed to play off the bright white shower walls. The old countertop was replaced with granite and a rubbed bronze Delta faucet to match the shower and tub fixtures.
