It is located just off the kitchen and adjacent to the bar, living, and outdoor covered patio with open light well. At the far end of the dining area the arched alcove to the right houses a prized canvassed photo from this couples Africa trip. The archway to the left leads to the laundry/powder bath area.

A Southwest style courtyard was designed for family and critters to enjoy an enclosed outdoor space. The 'elk mountain' flagstone path winds thru a cactus garden featuring a 'mancave macho mocha, 'old man cactus and euphorbia tirucali. The perennial garden has a 'caesalpinia pulcherrima', vitex purpurea', cuphea ignea. The sitting garden includes a Furcrea mediopicta (mexico), Leucophyllum frutescens silver leaf (Rio Bravo), and Grevillea'long john' Sitting at the mesquite table one can enjoy the re-circulating boulder fountain which attracts hummingbirds and butterflies. Brightly colored mexican tile enhances the barbecue. The fireplace with built-in light box has a private sitting area surrounded by an Aloe tree, acacia cultriformis and strelitzia juncea (South Africa)

Native to the rainforests of western and central Africa, the Fiddle Leaf Fig Tree (Ficus lyrata) is a stunning plant with huge green leaves and an even larger following of houseplant fans. Despite its popularity, it's certainly not the easiest houseplant to look after, but its visual impact in a space is unmatched when given proper conditions and care. The Fiddle Leaf Fig appreciates a warm, humid environment, a fair amount of water and plenty of light. Choose a location away from air vents and drafts where the tree will receive plenty of bright ambient light.

Located in Buloba on the outskirts of Uganda's capital city - Kampala overlooking Buloba Town, this elegant country home was designed with comfort & serenity in mind. Spanning a gross acreage of about half an acre, the house boasts more than adequate bedroom space, children's play area, marble & tile floors, wide-open Y stairs, a family cinema hall, a swimming pool, a pool house, and other artistic features. The exterior was meticulously rendered in Cinema 4D to pull off this unique contemporary design.
