A New LookCedar was pressure washed with bleach to remove mildew. Loose and peeling stain and paint was scraped off and sanded smooth, then topped with a linseed oil primer. The trim was coated with Sherwin Williams acrylic stain. The deck was coated with Ready Seal deck stain.

Bellwether Windows, Siding & DoorsEven though this home in Evergreen was built in 1994, its cedar siding was looking bad. The aging siding was peeling, cracking, and swelling. This homeowner called Colorado Siding Repair to replace all the of the home’s siding! The homeowner had a very specific dream for their design and our team worked with them to make it a reality.
We installed engineered wood siding in a 1 x 8 channel lap siding with a 7 inch reveal. This tongue and groove siding has a beautiful look. To complete the look we painted the home with Sherwin Williams Duration in Pennywise to give this mountain home a beautiful rustic profile. We finished the home’s transformation by replacing the home’s lighting fixtures and painting its decks.

On Time Baths ExpressProcrastination… not on this project! There was not a moment to spare with these two homeowners. When we came onto the scene it was quite evident there would be a stiff deadline–no exceptions. This was not because the clients were ruthless or mean in any way. Quite the opposite in fact. Our team wanted very much to deliver the couples’ remodeled bathrooms and kitchen BEFORE they delivered their first child! The timing would be close as we all knew. The baby’s due date was quickly approaching.
The transformation of the rooms was thrilling for all of us as we watched mauve, sea foam greens and coral paint tones, as well as dilapidated peeling wallpaper mistaken for an abstract scene of a city scape, transform into a serene, tranquil home into which any family would be thrilled to welcome their first born. The progression of the remodeled rooms and the pregnancy were a joy to see.
As our company name suggests the project and baby’s arrival were all “On time”.

The walls were stained and peeling, with broken lighting fixtures, damaged doors, and a strong pet odor throughout the house.
We carried out a full renovation: new light-tone vinyl flooring, fresh paint, modern lighting, updated baseboards, doors, handles, and shelving. The result is a clean, bright, and modern home—completely transformed and ready for comfortable living.

Restoration RyannThis amazing "snug room" on a 1905 Jefferson Park Craftsman had amazing wood cathedral ceilings and a truly one of a kind wallpaper mural in the triangle eaves. BUT, it also had layers of vinyl wallpaper that took ages to peel back before finally just demoing the walls and starting over with the fresh palette from Backdrop of 36 Hours in Marrakech and Moonlight.
