The design of this home drew upon historical styles, preserving the essentials of the original movement while updating these elements with clean lines and modern materials. Peers Homestead drew upon the American Farmhouse. The architectural design was based on several factors: orientation with views and connection to seasonal water elements, glass cubes, simplistic form and material palette, and steel accents with structure and cladding. To capture views, the floor to ceiling windows in the great room bring in the natural environment into the home and were oriented to face the Spanish Peaks. The great room’s simple gable roof and square room shape, accompanied by the large glass walls and a high ceiling, create an impressive glass cube effect. Following a contemporary trend for windows, thin-frame, aluminum clad windows were utilized for the high performance qualities as well as the aesthetic appeal.

This is a Landscape Design we did about a year ago for our clients off Palomino in Fort Myers. This was a fun one because Mrs. Decker lived in Hawaii for a bit and she LOVED the Hawaiian style landscape, she wanted us to give her something lush and tropical at her new Florida home, and that's just what we did. The Deckers are great clients, they trusted our creativity and they loved the end result.
We took these pictures while checking up on our Garden Service properties and we were thrilled with the growth of these plants in such a short time. They are THRIVING! I just missed the blooms on the Regina Iris, but Mrs. Decker said they were popping about a week before these photos were taken.
If you would like a project like this, but you aren't sure how to maintain a garden like this, we can set you up on a plan with our sister company, Fort Myers Garden Service.
Maybe you love landscaping, but have a different style than this home? That's okay! We have an in house designer who can create a design specific for you and your home. Give us a call and our project manager can meet you at your home and get a good walk around of what you would like to have done on your property, and he can bring that back to the designer to create the new vision for your landscape.
Lets be creative, together! We specialize in design and installation, if that is what you're looking for then look no further!

Front Yard Landscape Project.
This was a fun project we designed for a couple off of Palomino in Fort Myers. The Deckers wanted a very Tropical Design, Mrs. Decker lived in Hawaii for a bit and loved how lush the landscape was so she wanted us to incorporate that look in her own yard.
The landscape has been kept up with by our Fort Myers Garden Service since the installation so we have been able to keep up with it exactly how our clients wish. These pictures were taken as we were doing a check up on the project, we loved to see their growth and how they were maturing so we had to take pictures to add to the profile.
If you are interested in a project like this for your own yard we would be happy to meet with you and get a design started that matches your style. We LOVE to be creative, so don't be afraid to challenge us and throw us a curve ball to shake things up!
Thank you for checking out our profile, hope to hear from you soon!
