The leather is then wiped-off to give it a contrast of colors utilizing the base color combination. This color contrast is further accented by two additional top coat colors that are wiped-on by hand to give the leather a beautiful antique look. The last step is to slightly protect the hand work of the leather hide with a lacquer topcoat that provides great depth and warmth to the finished product. Frame Construction: Using traditional hand craftsmanship with modern manufacturing methods to produce frames that are among the finest used in the upholstery business. Each frame is precisely cut and hand assembled using kilned dried lumber. Double dowels are utilized in all structural parts to form sturdy, long lasting joints. Clean lines, controlled massing, and expansive glazing allow the home to sit confidently within its wooded site while maintaining sensitivity to the natural landscape. Strategic elevation changes and selective steel framing create open spans and cantilevered forms without sacrificing envelope performance. Below grade, the design integrates a full wellness program—including a massage room, sauna, and locker area—supported by multi-zone mechanical controls, advanced vapor management, and acoustically isolated assemblies. The level also features a recreation area with a mini bar, poker lounge, and substantial built-in storage, all finished to create a warm, spa-like environment. On the main level, the open kitchen and living area transition seamlessly to a protected patio with retractable screens and high-performance sliders, enabling year-round indoor–outdoor living. A high performance private home theater creates an escape for these clients to enjoy movies in the privacy and comfort of their home. Extensive performance engineering and acoustical design was coordinated with the interior design by Paradise Theater, resulting in a truly bespoke experience. Mixed seating was selected to allow for casual comfort in the front row, with more traditional theater seating in the rear, providing the best of both worlds! This was a challenging room from a performance standpoint; remodel construction, odd shaped room architecture, existing hvac ducts running across one side of the room, a window on one side, a laundry room adjacent to the theater, the list went on! Paradise Theater assessed the conditions, specified and designed an appropriate sound isolation system and designed every detail of the room to guarantee an extraordinary experience for our clients.

This bespoke dining suite was hand-built in our Sunrise workshop for a South Florida estate, featuring meticulously crafted curvilinear dining chairs upholstered in creme performance leather. Every chair was constructed using sinuous spring suspension and high-density medium-firm foam — the same resort-quality standard we deliver to Marriott, Hard Rock, and Le Méridien hospitality projects. The chairs anchor a minimalist dining space featuring custom floating walnut cabinetry, with sightlines to a lush tropical courtyard. Performance leather was specified for its resistance to South Florida humidity while maintaining the soft hand-feel of premium hide. Materials: Top-grain creme performance leather, solid hardwood frames, sinuous spring suspension, high-density medium-firm foam, book-matched walnut veneer cabinetry. Techniques: Hand-pulled tailoring, precision skiving, structural frame engineering for daily dining use.
