The Hampton bench can actually embellish any setting in your garden or inside your home. It is the perfect piece of furniture to create a seating area in the kitchen for breakfast, in the entryway, in the hallway, bathroom, sauna, pool area – well, there is not such a thing as the wrong place for it. Teak furniture is very resilient, sturdy, easy to maintain and plantation grown teak is known for its beauty and longevity. This set will outlast any other outdoor furniture with its durability and sturdiness and it will be one of the best investments into your outdoor space. Size: 63"W 17"D 18"H Nothing beats the quality, beauty and longevity of teak wood and nothing is so easy to maintain clean and good-looking as teak furniture. Wiping it off with a damp towel will remove debris and dust while a good rinsing with your garden hose will do a great job every now and then. Teak – also known as Tectona-Grandis can be left outdoors all year long and stay beautiful for decades. It can be oiled to get a saturated brown color or it can be left in its original condition (untreated) and it will over time get the pretty silvery gray which teak is so famous for. Teak does not splinter which is nice to know if you use it for flooring but this is also very comforting to know when you use it as seating and dining furniture. It is heat tolerant in the way that it remains pleasant even when left in a hot environment – unlike metal, stone and plastic. Known to resist invasions of insects this resilient timber is also frequently used for outdoor flooring. Our teak furniture is constructed out of Grade-A timber, harvested from plantation grown teak forests which is managed by the government of Indonesia. Cushions are available separately.
