Our clients built their Manhattan dream house years ago, but a couple of decades in, the yellow and green palette seemed stale. We brightened the home with new paint and countertops, white oak flooring and updated carpet, custom fixtures and furniture, and new finishes, window treatments, and accessories.
For enhanced functionality, we added built-in storage throughout, reupholstered existing furniture and the breakfast nook in performance fabric, and created a custom dining table that seats a dozen. To keep the dining room coastal and informal, we paired plush head chairs with rattan-backed side chairs and accented with sea-foam and sandy-hued floor and window coverings.
The addition of a murphy bed, as well as shelving and file storage, made the office more suited to their growing family’s needs. In the second office, a standing desk, as well as a customized craft desk with built-ins for specific supplies, transformed the area into a completely personalized and effective space.
New furniture and a ceiling-length fireplace facade of soft ivory and gray stone transformed the family room into a cozy and welcoming retreat.
The overall effect is a home that feels spacious, beachy, and comfortable.

If you haven’t heard the term “aging in place” already, you’re going to hear it more and more in the next ten years. The term as emerged as more and more adults expressed their desire to stay in their own homes for as long as possible. Rather than moving into a community built around increased accessibility needs, home owners are looking to the kitchen and bath remodeling industry to innovate the spaces in their home where they perform the most important tasks.
As most long-time home owners realize, the need for accessibility and safety first presents itself in the bathroom. If balance is becoming an issue for a homeowner, the first concern that tends to arise is an exponentially increased fall-risk in the bathroom. Each year, one-third of individuals report a fall, and two thirds of those who fall will fall again in the next six months. Finally, falls are the leading cause of death from injury for people over 65. Individuals coping with injury, recovering from surgery, arthritis and other similar health issues are at an even higher risk of falling. In other words, every day, more and more people are finding the act of bathing or showering difficult, worrisome or even painful!
For those seeking to age in place, this is where acrylic tub-to-shower conversions, like Reborn Cabinets Bath Solutions, are incredibly helpful, and can dramatically improve a person’s quality of life. Highly customizable to meet anyone’s daily bathing needs, acrylic tub-to-shower conversions give home owners the option to add benches, safety rails, and even the ability to install a barrier-free design—easy entry for those who require wheelchairs or walkers.
But the aging in place-crowd isn’t simply looking for strictly functional solutions to their daily routine. Since these innovations are changing their already-existing bathroom, there is a need to move these accessible spaces beyond function and keep them stylish. Again, aging in place is all about keeping your house a home—not a “facility.”
Reborn Bath Solutions is a versatile product, allowing home-owners to choose from a great selection of colors and a wide array of fixtures. Sure, the “bathroom of your dreams” may look a little different these days, but you deserve it! Give us a call, and we’ll help you stay in your home and keep your daily sense of confidence!

Fully remodeled kitchen that balances modern aesthetics with warmth and natural elements. Beginning with a black and white canvas, we integrated earth tones and natural textures to soften the overall look while preserving a contemporary feel with clean, hard lines.
In this project, we incorporated custom white oak and black & white cabinetry, which added a personalized touch and enhanced the kitchen's functionality. The custom poured-in-place concrete countertops not only provided durability but also contributed to the modern aesthetic with their sleek finish. A handmade zelige tile backsplash by Zia Tile, introduced texture and visual interest in a muted tone, complementing the overall design.
To complete the space, we selected GE Café appliances known for their performance and stylish appeal, ensuring they harmonized seamlessly with the kitchen's design elements. We chose a modern, flush mounted range hood to maintain an unobstructed view into the space. Unique handmade pendant lighting fixtures were chosen to add a touch of artisanal charm and illuminate the space effectively.

The New Hope first floor remodel was conceived to blend functionality with timeless beauty across key areas of the home including the kitchen, mudroom, music room, and powder room. The design team worked closely with the homeowners to ensure that every space was not only visually cohesive but also elevated with purpose-driven upgrades. The overall palette merges soft, natural tones with bold accents, warm metals, and rich textures, striking a balance between comfort and sophistication. With a focus on personalized use and performance, each room now supports the family’s lifestyle through intelligent design and custom detailing.

At Colorworks Landscaping, we specialize in creating outdoor spaces that combine beauty, functionality, and sustainability. This project in Sun City is a perfect example of how we transform backyards into personalized retreats.
Project Overview:
- Ground Preparation: We started by demoing and prepping the ground, setting the stage for a flawless installation.
- Utility Installation: A water line was expertly laid to connect to a custom serenity fountain, and electrical work included wiring to a GFI outlet for added convenience.
- Hardscaping: Concrete pavers and step pads were installed with precision, providing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Fire Pit Installation: We built a custom fire pit featuring a travertine cap, fire bar, and reflective fire glass. The structure was expertly stuccoed and painted to complement the design.
- Serenity Fountain: A stunning fountain with copper accents and a high-performance pump was installed, creating a calming focal point.
- Synthetic Turf: We installed 80 oz Daytona turf for a lush, evergreen lawn that is durable, pet-friendly, and virtually maintenance-free.
- Masonry Wall and Iron Fence: A masonry wall was built to support a custom-designed iron fence with steel gates, offering both security and a timeless design.
- Irrigation System: A drip irrigation system was set up to ensure efficient watering for plants, saving water while keeping the landscape vibrant.

Guest and secondary bedrooms are bright and inviting, each with multiple windows framed in sleek black for a modern edge. Every bedroom enjoys its own bathroom, offering comfort and privacy. A compact but well-designed laundry room includes a sink and drying rack, making smart use of space.
The second story features an open layout with wide hallways, enhancing the sense of space and natural flow. This home also includes an office and one of the bedrooms is used for a workout space.
*Primary Suite*
Set apart from the other bedrooms for privacy, the primary suite is a luxurious retreat. An accent wall adds character, while a large walk-in closet offers abundant storage. A skylight fills the room with natural light, enhancing the open, breathable atmosphere.
*Bathrooms*

The home is also equipped with a dedicated EV charging station and solar panels, supporting energy efficiency and modern sustainable living.

*Kitchen – The Heart of the Home*
The kitchen is the true centerpiece. Designed with an open concept and surrounded by generous windows, it features quartz on both the countertops and full-height walls for a luxurious, cohesive aesthetic. A large island—topped with a full slab of quartz—anchors the room, offering extra space between the island and main counters for comfortable movement and entertainment. Two elegant clear pendant lights highlight its presence. Outfitted with top-tier luxury appliances designed for both performance and visual refinement.
White cabinetry keeps the look clean and minimalist, while oversized drawers provide functional storage for cooking utensils. The induction cooktop, paired with a pot filler, reinforces the modern and streamlined design. A double oven and an almost-hidden pantry maintain the sleek look, keeping the focus on the kitchen’s architecture and flow.
Mudroom & Dining Area Adjacent to the kitchen is a mudroom with a charming barn door leading toward the garage. A half-wall accent features eccentric black-and-white tile, complemented by bold black fixtures. A small custom hidden closet maximizes storage while maintaining a refined appearance.
The dining room, open and airy, continues the wood flooring and is adorned with stylish pendant lighting—perfect for gatherings and everyday meals. The wide, open staircase is fully exposed to the dining area and first floor, creating a striking architectural feature that visually connects the spaces. Its modern wood-and-metal design contributes to the home’s open flow while serving as a sculptural centerpiece within the main living level.
