We have recently worked with Golden View Renovations when we were preparing to sell our home. They have an excellent team to work with and use a very organized approach in contacting their clients. Emails and texts are always promptly answered. They rate a 5 star review and we highly recommend them as a top quality contracting company.

We contacted Golden View Renovation in order to do a complete remodel of our upstairs. We wanted to decrease the master closet size while increasing the master bathroom with a double vanity and walk in shower. We also wanted to completely re-design our guest bathroom. Lastly, we gave the entire upstairs a facelift with texture throughout, new windows, doors, paint, plumbing and lighting. Working with Elya, our project manager, he professionally broke down the project for us in a way we could understand. With no prior remodeling experience, Elya truly guided us through this project virtually stress-free. He even brought us to a current renovation he was overseeing to show us the steps and scale of a similar construction. With the help of Elya and the patient design team, we worked together to create renderings of our perfect bathrooms that we envisioned. Being able to visually see our finished design before we even started really calmed our nerves and made us excited to start the project. Elya and the design team listened to us intently and paid such attention to detail regarding our specifications. If we wanted to add or subtract something, they swiftly made the corrections and followed up to see our thoughts. Once the renderings were done, they created a spreadsheet for us to order all the finished materials and started the remodeling process. Throughout the remodeling process, Elya and the crew communicated with us via WhatsApp. The communication was very effective and seamless. They sent us many videos and pictures throughout each stage of the process and made sure to keep us in the loop. The crew worked very hard and diligently. They paid attention to ever small detail and treated our home like it was their own. They always arrived promptly on time and were very professional. What we appreciated most about Elya and the team was if there was a problem. They would notify us right away and immediately provide us with a set of solutions. We were amazed out how stress-free this entire remodel was. Elya and the team at Golden View truly deserve all the credit in the world. Elya in particular was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional, courteous and extremely hardworking. He really puts the needs of his clients first and does his best to make sure everything goes according to plan. Elya and the team did an absolutely amazing job with our remodel, and we highly recommend them! We really could not have done with project without Golden View!

We lived in Foster City and this project was about kitchen renovation. We had a great experience working with Golden View in terms of the following: 1. The communications from the very beginning sales process to final project delivery stage is nothing more than excellent, they obviously have developed a proven process end to end for this type of project and it turns out to be critical, they let us know upfront the next steps and approximately timeline, there is a whatsApp chat group setup for project once it gets started. 2. The quality of the work is excellent, they paid a lot attention to details, the different contractors they worked with was also reliable 3. Project manager Martin has done an excellent jobs managing the project progress and if there are issues which are common during this type of work, he responded very timely to address: over the course of the project we ran into plumbing issue, cabinet unfitting, floor material mistake, he always stayed on top and helped us get those addressed in a timely fashion 4. Honesty: There were a few situations in which there seem to be additional work involved but we were actually not sure whether there would be additional costs, they( special thanks to Martin and Moshiko our sales guy) were honest about whether those would incur additional costs, there were situations we think there would be additional but end up they told us these were in scope. Basically, they were not trying to rip us off or anything like that and if indeed there would be additional cost, which happened often during the project process, they let us know, signed additional contract and always kept an attitude that the decision was ours. Overall, great experience, and I was glad that at the beginning I didn't squander my due diligence that led to picking Golden View, definitely would consider using them again for our next project

Martin Emerson was our project manager during our first remodel with Golden View, and he did an outstanding job. He was punctual, communicated effectively, and was knowledgeable about all the project components. I am very impressed by his professionalism. We are now considering another project with Golden View.

We hired Golden View Renovation for our kitchen renovation, and their service was top-notch. Their team was highly professional and provided excellent support throughout the design stage, suggesting creative options we hadn’t considered. The final design is both stylish and exactly what we wanted. The actual renovation work was carried out with great skill and attention to detail. Whenever we raised any concerns, they addressed them promptly. The process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended.

We contracted with them to do a major renovation of our master bathroom. The results are stunning. Their excellent service including design team and attention to deatail was amazing. Project management by Mike Jimenez was outstanding, keeping us apprised of every step and being available on short notice when needed. He stayed with it until it was perfect. The designer, Assel, was brilliant and worked with us on every detail and developed stunning renderings that made the finished bathroom pop. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants elegance and quality.

Overall satisfied with the work from GVR, both bathrooms came out looking and working great. The quality of work was high as well. There were road bumps along the way, our project manager and crew were responsive to feedback and helped us address the issues as they arose, whether related to inspections, damage done during construction, adjustments needed, etc.

We just finished a bathroom remodel and are very happy with how it turned out. We decided to demo the whole bathroom and create a new space resulting in a much better utilization of the bathroom. At the beginning we were given a lot of good recommendations for how to make the space feel as big as possible including changing a door, closing a window, and making the shower much bigger. Mike Jimenez was our project manager and we really enjoyed working with him. He was very communicative sending us texts at the end of each day to let us know what work would be done the next day and what time the crew was showing up to our house. He stopped by to check in on the project frequently and was very flexible to chat with us during the working day. We ended up having a project that became more complicated once we opened up the old bathroom and discovered that we had mold under the shower. Mike was quick to get a remediation team in (on a Saturday) to get the area cleaned up and not delay the project. I came to every conversation with Mike with a checklist of items I had questions about and he was very accommodating and always made time for me. About half way through the project, I ended up recommending Golden View (and Mike) to a friend and they began a house remodel project as well. I would continue to recommend anyone with a house renovation project to reach out to Golden View. We are very happy and would hire them again! An added bonus - Mike and the crew were very sweet with my dog who was constantly wanting to inspect their work and follow them around :)

I wanted to express our appreciation for the excellent service we got with Golden View Renovation. After having worked with another construction company, which was a complete nightmare, I didn’t think we’d find another construction company to build our ADU. A complete 180 in the service we received with Golden View Renovation! Our project manager Asaf was always there when we had a question. Golden View Renovation recently finished adding a Master suite to our home. We are very happy with the experience and the completed addition. The one thing we didn’t expect going into this was how great they would be at communicating with us throughout the whole project. It was beyond exceptional! They use WhatsApp to communicate. Every time we had a question we’d get a response almost immediately or before the end of the day. We always had updates on our project and even when there were delays. We always knew what was going on. We think this made all the difference and would definitely use them again for our future renovations.

From start to finish Golden View Renovation’s team was with us every step of the way for our addition and ADU. We met with several companies and although they were slightly higher we went with them because of the professionalism & knowledge they showed. It’s worth it having someone managing all parts of our project and our project manager, Tal did a great job. We did 3 bathrooms and a kitchen remodel. There were at least 4 team members that we worked with consistently. We had a bad experience before, and at first we were hesitating to do such a big project. We started with a design and later on we signed a contract with golden view to renovate a big portion of our house. The designer for our project was Niro. He did an amazing job with us. Was very patient throughout the whole process and was very careful with details. After we signed the contract Niro did with us the entire shopping for the finish materials, which helped a lot! Oshrit the office manager was always kind and helped us with the system to track all the payment for our project. Everything was very well organized, golden view knows what they are doing!

We had Golden View Renovation do 2 major projects at our house. The master bathroom needed a complete overhaul, and we wanted something special done with our back patio. From the moment Moshiko came over and we talked about what we wanted to do, Moshiko “got it” when we explained our vision, unlike some of the others we had come for quotes. While the projects weren't inexpensive, it felt good to have professionals handling the job and knowing the end project was going to be worth it, so in the end the price seemed fair. There were challenges along the way, but when a problem presented itself Moshiko assured he would take care of it and he did. In the end we have a jaw dropping master bathroom and a backyard oasis that we have been using almost every day since it was finished. I would highly recommend Golden View Renovation for any project in your home and would use them again in ours if the need comes up. As you know demolition started in early September and finished the project just before thanksgiving right on time to enjoy our gorgeous new kitchen. the team was great with communication throughout the whole project, helping us go through a very easy process that we feared very much before going into it. We used Golden View as the contractor on our kitchen renovation. They were very professional. They were especially helpful during the design phase, where they were able to identify options we might not have thought to consider. We ended up with a design that is very attractive and satisfactory. And the actual work was done beautifully. When we brought up an issue, they fixed it. Not the cheapest way to renovate but it was easy and we are very happy with the results.

We wanted tile in a shower , our living room ,entry way and dining area. I’m so happy with who everything come out. Moshiko is so professional and knowledgeable. Our dining area was not leveled and the floor had lots of problem after pulling Previous tile. Other estimates we got we were told there might be problems with lipping or tiles may crack. Golden View Renovation told us how they’d handle it. The sanded the concrete to level living room and did a great job!

We recently did our major renovation with Golden view and we are so happy with the end result! Meidan our project manager along with his production team Hugo and Yanai were very thorough on the details we wished to add in our kitchen and bathrooms . I finally got my dream kitchen! I interviewed 5 different contractors before selecting Golden view renovation. Their quote was in the middle of the others . I had very specific counter choices that I wanted my kitchen built around. Moshiko helped me find cabinetry and tile that completely complemented my choice. Golden View did a phenomenal job! This was my first time using them and my first remodeling experience as well. I found them on Yelp then gave them a call for a consultation. I interviewed around 7 other companies but it just felt right with Golden View. Asaf came to take a look at my condo and he was very accommodating and pricing was very reasonable. Asaf answered all my questions and what I liked about him was that he was always accessible. When it came time to purchase materials, Niro came with me to decide on what fixtures I wanted. He was very nice and knowledgable. When construction time came around, the workers were prompt, polite and professional. They were very courteous and they were respectful of my home. They also did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up. I will have to remember next time that remodeling turns your life upside down, is messy, and very stressful but Golden View made it a very pleasant experience. They held my hand through each step including the consultation with Asaf and shopping with Niro. Yanai and Frank were involved as well and everyone did an amazing job. We all had a chat group and they were all so helpful and responsive. My name is Debbie Morgan and I live In Palo Alto, me and my hasbend have planned for quite a long time to remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms and saved up alot of money to get it dune the way we dreamed to have it. After having met with a number of contractors and interviewing other companies we must mention that right from the first meeting with moshiko we could notice his profetionalism and his knowledge And we were very impressed with the unique work method that he and the company had for us, after meeting with him a few times and noticing his dedication to the process and level of careness and approach we decided we want to work with him as our project maneger and golden view as our company. I must addmit that even though moshiko and golden views made us feel fantastic with the remodel phase that is soon to start, me and my hasbend were extrimally stressed and still hurt from a negative renovation experience with a different contractor in the past. We had been looking to do a full house remodel (all floors, move two walls, remove two walls, all new plumbing, cabinets, closets, two bathrooms) for a few years. We finally decided this was the year and sat down with five contractors. Knowing this was going to be a once in a lifetime project and very expensive we wanted to make sure we hired the right company. Wow did these guys impress. Considering the magnitude of this project I can honestly I never went to bed once with any house remodel stress. I'll break the review down into three parts. Initial consultation and agreement: Tal and Asaf showed up and were very through and patient listening to all our ideas for the house. I could tell in that meeting these guys had a good energy and very honest upfront way of doing business. Humble guys who were easy to talk to. They came back within a couple days with a competitive price and a great breakdown for costs. We had a lot of different decisions to make and they were able to help answer questions and get us the plan we were very happy with. Demo/construction: The crews are amazing. They work efficiently and always were in a good mood when we stopped by the house for various reasons. We had to move out for three months so knowing Asaf was on site sending us messages in WhatsApp made us feel like we were on site as well. The updates were always timely. We absolutely love the new home and all the finishings were up to our standards. Any changes we decided to make on the scope of the work, we were able to talk to Tal and Asaf and felt like the additional costs were very competitive and fair. We decided to add some things as the project went on. Time/communication: My biggest concern was to get the project done on time. I live close to work and didn't want to have to live out of a hotel or Airbnb when I went back to work. We were quoted 10-12 weeks and we were back in the house in 11 weeks! Everyone we talked to said to expect long delays, it's remodeling. Well these guys make it happen. We had a WhatsApp group for questions or communication and anytime we asked a question we got a response within ten minutes. No joke. These guys are serious about making their company one of the best construction companies in the area, if you have the money hire these guys and sleep easy.

We were looking to remodel 2 bathrooms - A master and a guest bathroom. We took 6 estimates for our remodeling project. Golden View was by far the most detailed and knowledgeable contractor. Niro and Asaf managed my project. Unlike one of the other contractors who completely disregarded my ideas, Niro listened to my Design ideas and helped me realize them. He provided me with great design solutions and before purchasing the materials, I got to see the design in a 3d rendering, which helped a lot! Like any construction project, also our project ran into some challenges, but I have to say that Niro and Asaf were resolving them flawlessly! Golden View and I were in constant contact from the very beginning of the project until the job was completed. The consistent communication was also very appreciated, we used a few different platforms which made the communication very easy and clear. At the end of the day, I felt I could trust Golden View, and that is a truly rare thing. Highly recommend these guys! If you need help with any remodeling project, give them a call, they are Absolutely Great! and the results are AMAZING!

He is extremely organize, gave really good advice on the design and materials, The algorithm of service is super unique and only Golden View Renovation really understood our needs before the project even started, We save money for two years for our dream kitchen, One of the most important things when you design your kitchen is to create the right design that will fit to your family needs, we were very happy and grateful for the service that Golden View Renovation gave us, There designer came with us and work with us through the entire process with patient and professionalism, we choose the finish material together and he was extremely patient, eventually we are very satisfied from the end results, always wanted to create a better environment to our family and to improve our house value on top of that it was really great and comfortable to work with the entire crew, everyone will super great but specially Meidan was very attentive to the project and was there everyday to check on the progress. If we had issues, he was right on it and was quick to fix it. The foreman on the project were Liman and Martin, and they were also very receptive to all our requests. Also, they were respectful of our request for everyone to wear mask at all times. you will not be disappointed !!

Hi :) my name is Annabelle and we are from Sunnyvale California, I just finished a new renovation, and I would like to share with you guys my wonderful experience, we started the process with a lot of fears because of previous experience that we had with another contractor two years ago, from the first meeting with Asi, me and my husband felt the honesty and integrity right away, we describe to her what we would like to achieve in our kitchen remodeling project and together with ideas that came from her designer we decided on the final layout, We needed a new kitchen renovation for our home ASAP, we are all working from home, my husband and I and our older daughter, and the kitchen became much more important, it was very surprising but we succeeded to pass all the inspections on time, The communication part was great, personally I preferred to communicate with Asi directly but they are working with a personal online portal that some people will find useful, we needed a few times that Asi will come to us to discuss on a few changes and we always felt comfortable to share with her our concerns and ideas, and eventually we are very satisfied from the end result!
