Together, we saturated the cottage retreat with floor to ceiling personality and custom finishes. The rich color palette presented in the décor pairs beautifully with natural materials such as Douglas fir planks and maple end cut countertops. Surprising features lie around every corner. In one room alone you’ll find a woven fabric ceiling and a custom wooden bench handcrafted by Birchwood carpenters. This previously unnoticed half-bath/laundry room is now a stunner thanks to the Renovisions team. The overall idea was to create enough storage and organization for this busy household yet be beautifully distinctive for guests who use this space. This plan included a stackable washer and dryer center with shelf, clothes rod and pull-down drying rack which was a creative space saving solution to maximize use of the laundry closet. Renovisions re-used the existing entry door and built-out a pocket which not only makes the space feel larger and less cluttered but is easier to enter and exit. When the Renovision was completed and turned over to our client, she was absolutely thrilled with the results as indicated by her comment below. Gorgeous light blue/grey marble basket weave floor tile is a perfect match for the dark blue/grey painted finish of the furniture piece vanity with slotted shelf for towels and accessories. The sconce light fixtures in chrome finish adds a little sparkle to this clean and classy look. Beautiful marble-look quartz countertops tie in nicely and played a part in transforming this ordinary powder room into a high-functioning, beautiful part of the home that is comfortable, livable and well appointed.

This contemporary loft style home featured exposed tresses throughout the entire exterior space in the ceiling. The design challenge was how are we going to get a water fall into the pool with a cover lid? The answer, we had to span the pool with a trough and suspend a 30 foot tray of water. We then used the tension rods in the structure to keep the structure centered. This allowed us to create a water fall that could be viewed from the main entry of the home. In addition, we designed a slot of fire in the ground -- the same length of the water feature. This is the true focal point that can be viewed through the shimmery view of the water.

This 3D Architectural Visualization of Residential Apartments is planned for San Antonio. The apartment is shown across the main road, for easy access. Brilliantly designed 3D Architectural Visualization of parking slots by Yantram Architectural Design Studio. The alluring garden area on the other side of the building. A variety of plants and flowers can be grown in this sufficient area to make it look more attractive. Architectural Design Studio also created balconies that are spacious and folks can have a look around the surroundings in the morning and evening for astounding views. The roof is huge to host barbeque parties and events. Our team at Architectural Design Studio has also created a 3D Architectural Visualization of a swimming pool near the apartment. During Summer, people can have fun and organize pool parties. There are sitting arrangements done for the client's comfort. The swimming pool looks amazing and the client can also add lighting inside the pool. People can have sunbaths and enjoy themselves there rather than traveling to the beach. There's huge ground for kids to face fun, kids normally get bored of common apartments or residential buildings if there's no place for them to play. However, keeping everything in mind the team at Yantram 3D has created this excellent piece of work so that clients can sit back and relax. Our team thinks all-around comfort of our client and also strive to be convenient for them.

A secondary television was given a new home atop a custom built-in corner cabinet which conceals the wiring. It was painted to blend with the walls but the slot below the tv was painted black to conceal the equipment.
