Living room - modern living room idea in DC Metro

A creative approach to dressing up windows on a two story wall is using full length rod pocket draperies with added flip panels. We used a terracotta micro-suede fabric with a subtle swirl pattern on the full length draperies, and repeated on the tie bands. The contrast flip panels are in a tone on tone gold fabric which places emphasis on the triangular shape of the flip itself. Short rods were used with decorative end caps, maintaining the visibility of the windows’ arched tops. These vastly attractive window treatments deliver a warm welcome to this family room.

This is a pocket garden created off the side of a clients home in a space that was originally all brush. There are before and after pictures in this project. The plants blend beautifully into the native background with a mica speckled flagstone pathway and a flowing faux river of pink granite & intermixed with blue pacific juniper. All plants are a low maintenance and requires minimal watering.

A cozy but spacious master bathroom for a traditional home in Short Hills. This new bathroom gave these clients a nice shower with a niche and small footrest for shaving, open shelves, more countertop and more vanity storage. The decorative mirror, etched glass sconce and hardware add a nice classic touch.

This aerial look shows off the details of the pocket garden, the new cedar fencing and dense landscape really help create the private space the client envisioned.
