A covered outdoor dining area designed for relaxed coastal living and effortless entertaining. The space features a dedicated dining zone connected to a comfortable lounge area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. An integrated outdoor TV enhances the experience, allowing the space to transition easily from daytime gatherings to evening entertainment.

The design centers around a refreshing swimming pool with an adjacent spa, both adorned with a stone edge that provides a natural yet elegant boundary. A fire pit table with a glass wind guard sits near the pool, providing a warm focal point for gatherings. The space is furnished with modern outdoor seating featuring clean lines and plush cushions, offering a comfortable spot for relaxation and poolside enjoyment. Behind the seating area, a pergola covers an outdoor kitchen, complete with a grill and preparation space, perfect for entertaining and al fresco dining.

The property's original 1954 windmill, installed when the home was built, serves as a striking sculptural landmark and a nod to the inventive engineer who designed the property. Although the windmill is no longer operational, one of the home's original wells continues to irrigate the lush landscape.
