In the dining area at our Ruyteplaats Project, we had gorgeous, comfy dining chairs manufactured and upholstered in a striking tan leather. The large solid Oak dining table was made to fit the space perfectly, with ample room for dinner parties and family gatherings. A dark blue wall paper adds texture to this area. Exquisitely made curtains frames the postcard view in the distance.

Cosmetic redesign of the Primary Bedroom, including bespoke furniture, window treatments, wallpaper and lighting. Powder Bathroom redesign including custom vanity, and plumbing, lighting, wallpaper, and accessory updates. Complete gut and redesign of Laundry Room and bathroom including Laundry Room floor plan changes. Both rooms include custom cabinetry carpentry design, along with plumbing, lighting, wallpaper, window treatment, and accessory updates. When we spotted this dynamic blush, olive, and blue patterned fabric, we knew it would be a showstopper featured on a headboard—and we had just the client for it! A similar color story is repeated in the powder bathroom wallpaper, which is accented by the pink tones in the bespoke copper faucet.

Set within a postcard backdrop, on a local farm, this beautiful single floor home was a delight to build. Its personality brings a sense of modern architecture, combined with natural materials, to achieve a well balanced modern design that fits within Vermont’s natural beauty. Our clients were downsizing from a much larger home, and wanted to invest in a smaller footprint, with a focus on efficiency and details, rather than volume. The shell is a highly insulated and air sealed package that come from a reputable panelized company. In addition to the highly insulated envelope, triple glazed windows insured this home received passive rated blower door test. Clean lines, natural wood floors and beam work, as well as handmade cabinetry helped to give this project a very livable, warm and clean vibe.
